La situació El personal de recepció molt desagradable malgrat parlem anglès perfectament. L'hotel no ofereix res, solament uns sofas a l'entrada, un sol diari internacional per a tots els clients davant la recepció, no donen les habitacions que demanes realment I passen totalment de fer res per fer la teva estada agradable. L'habitació no era bruta però si mires amb detall com la capçalera del llit de tela, era bruta o els llums de vidre plens de pols. Ho vaig dir perquè em donava al.lèrgia I res, tot seguia igual. Vam pagar per estar 3 nits en unes habitacions superior I junior suite, les dues amb vistes a la laguna amb les filles, I les pobres van quedar espantades. Les habitacions eren fosques al primer pis amb vistes als parasols del exterior. |

D'aquest hotel s'ha de destacar la situació, a pocs metres de la plaça St. Marco i l'espectacular vista que hi ha des de les habitacions que donen al Gran Canal. |

this hotel is located within 5 minues of walk from st. mark. there are many restraunts, bars, and cafes in this area. you can have a nice breakfast outsides the hotel. bathroom was really spacious, but may need more work on plumbing. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location. No view from the room, but then I did book the last room and breakfast was served overlooking the Grand Canal so there was nothing to gripe about. |

Fabulous location, a few steps from San Marco. Vaporetto stop in front of the hotel, no problems with noise. |

This location is amazing and so close to San Marco. We flew into Venice airport and got a water taxi which dropped us at the front door. Really made our stay in Venice fantastic. |

The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Romantic, fantastic views and the best position in Venice. Staff went out of their way to help and were terrific and friendly. Hopefully we will return for a longer stay. Nothing negative about it. Just delightful! |

Exellent location!Frendly staff.I want to note staff at the restaurant!!!Cool guys!!!Breakfasts were very good! Very low ceiling in the bathroom,maybe only in our room...instead of the double bed were shifted two single beds,for a young couple it was important...!!! |

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. Great location! Our room had two single beds that you could push tightly together which was still ok, but we'd rather have had a double or queen instead. The best part was a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal! Great and helpfull staff! |

Ideal situation 50 yards from the main junction points for most of the waterbus routes. Pleasant staff - very friendly and conversational once they realised we were there for a week, not just the 3/4 days that seemed to be norm. Quiet, despite being on a major foot-route for gouts of tourist groups. 150 metres from St Mark's Square. Good air-conditioning throughout. Reasonable rate. |

Perfect location! Very nice decorations and lobby. Most of the staff were very helpfull and friendly, perfect breakfast staff. Breakfast could be better. When we checked in, we found hairs in bathroom, later housekeeping was ok. Carpet in room was in very bad condition. no possibility to check internet or print out anything if you do not have your laptop with you. |

Great location, excellent room with very helpful front of house staff and a decent breakfast provided and included in the room rate. The restaurant lunch/dinner facility was ok but we felt that the food and drink was somewhat overpriced for what you got. Very popular though and always busy. |

The city of Venice was wonderful and the hotel was in possibly the best position in the city only 200 yards from St Mark's Square and right on the seafront only a few yards from the water bus stop. We had absolutely no complaints re the hotel, location, cleanliness, food , accommodation. Unfortunately our room was to the side of the hotel with no view whatsoever. |
