It was a very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. Great location! Our room had two single beds that you could push tightly together which was still ok, but we'd rather have had a double or queen instead. The best part was a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal! Great and helpfull staff! |

Ideal situation 50 yards from the main junction points for most of the waterbus routes. Pleasant staff - very friendly and conversational once they realised we were there for a week, not just the 3/4 days that seemed to be norm. Quiet, despite being on a major foot-route for gouts of tourist groups. 150 metres from St Mark's Square. Good air-conditioning throughout. Reasonable rate. |

Perfect location! Very nice decorations and lobby. Most of the staff were very helpfull and friendly, perfect breakfast staff. Breakfast could be better. When we checked in, we found hairs in bathroom, later housekeeping was ok. Carpet in room was in very bad condition. no possibility to check internet or print out anything if you do not have your laptop with you. |

Great location, excellent room with very helpful front of house staff and a decent breakfast provided and included in the room rate. The restaurant lunch/dinner facility was ok but we felt that the food and drink was somewhat overpriced for what you got. Very popular though and always busy. |

The city of Venice was wonderful and the hotel was in possibly the best position in the city only 200 yards from St Mark's Square and right on the seafront only a few yards from the water bus stop. We had absolutely no complaints re the hotel, location, cleanliness, food , accommodation. Unfortunately our room was to the side of the hotel with no view whatsoever. |

A quite stunning location with suite overlooking the lagoon and a couple of minutes walk to St Mark's Sq. Yet, in spite of hustle and bustle outside, double glazing, aircon and electric blinds enabled excellent sleep every night. Not cheap but worth every penny for the quality accomodation and attentive yet unobtrusive service. There was nothing overlooked from the fabulous bathroom to the high-speed wi-fi connection. First class buffet breakfast set us up for exploring the city. Direct waterbus to the airport, beach, grand canal from right outside the door could not be bettered. |

The location is great. We booked a junior suite because there were no other rooms available at the time & we really wanted to stay there for old times sake. It was a spacious corner suite with a fabulous view The bath towel supply was somewhat skimpy. Allowances should have been made to turn on the heat during our unusually wet stay. Our jackets and shoes never did get a chance to fully dry out. |

The location was great - just some meters from St. Marco square and about ten mintues walk to Rialto bridge. The view from the balcony was across the lagoon. The breakfast was nice and promptly served. The place is a bit noisy. We've chosen Grand canal view and across there was a water taxi stop with 24-hour around operation. So early in the morning and late in the evening we heared boats arriving and departing. |

The hotel is clean and a prime location for short visits. Its easy to get to and has lots of shops/bars close by. Come out of the hotel and you are at St Marks Square but turn left and you have great views out to see. Perfect location if you want to see everything but take time out to reflect. It was not fully open the resturant was only open for breakfast. |

It is very close to all the famous sights and directly opposite a vapareto stop. Breakfast was generous and service fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in every way. Rooms were a little small but price and location worked for our family |

I liked the location of the hotel. Just in front of the water and the water-bus stop. We could see in front the Saint George island with its great Basilic. It is also 2 minutes walk from San Marco Plaza. The room was not the expected. We booked a Junior Suite and according to the online photos it was expected to have a sleeping room and a separate resting room. At first, they gave us a small normal room in the 1st floor. After our claim, they gave us a bigger one on the 4nd floor. But anyway we were expecting the room we saw in the pictures, and that was much bigger. The other complain is about the watter inside the hotel. We stay in the hotel during "aqua alta" seazon and during our stay the dinning room and the entrance floor of the hotel were covered by watter. |
