The Wildner provides a panoramic restaurant with a one-of-a-kind view over St. Mark's Basin, San Giorgio Island, and the Salute Church. St. Mark's Square is just 100 metres away.

Enjoy clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and a central location at Hotel Paganelli, which is within easy walking distance of the Bridge of Sighs and Saint Mark’s Square.

Opened in 1308, the Albergo Cavalletto & Doge Orseolo is one of the oldest hotels in Venice. It is set right behind St. Mark's Square, and features elegant rooms and a private pier.

A great location, excellent and friendly staff. Rooms nicely furnished, great shower and bathroom, air conditioning worked well.
Rooms very quite. Could hear noise from 6.00am, deliveries I suspect, but did not spoil enjoyment.
Hans on Reception provided a lovely warm welcome to the hotel. Room including bathroom was generous in size and very comfortable.
Service from staff during breakfast could be improved.
Beautiful hotel, our room faced the church so it was quiet, staff was very professional and attentive to requests. Facilities were great. Breakfast included with our accommodation was great.
Everything was perfect.
In the 1st flor the roon a litle bit noise
Poor breakfast, one member of staff very un helpful mature lady .
Everything Was perfect, location , Room , bathroom recently renovated, staff very helpfull, eficient, and kind, and wi fi perfect inside The Room, breackfast is served in a Beautifull terrace in front of el Gran Canal. And everything is walking distance from The Hotel! I Love It, highgly recomend It!
Friendly caring staff, beautiful location and great accomadation. Breakfast was lovely.
Bed was to firm and pillows flat.
When we checked in, we had booked a standard room with no view. We were there a bit early so they told us to come back around 2. They let us store our bags there for no problem. When we came back, they escorted us up to our room and told us they had given us a free upgrade. We got the best room in the hotel with a lagoon view, 2 bathrooms, and a private rooftop terrace! This room was valued over 3-4x what we paid- we were so lucky!
Location and ease of reaching water taxis and major attractions in a very crowded city. Breakfast and location on waterfront was excellent. Staff were helpful in providing advice and help when asked. Venice is a maze of lanes however we had no difficulty finding our way back to this hotel.
The wifi was not up to the standards of other venues we stayed with difficulty in connecting in the room from time to time. The lighting in the room was not bright enough.
The free breakfast had variety and was plentiful
The rooms are very small and the bed was uncomfortable
This is a lovely hotel in an outstanding location. Easy to get to and easy to leave with the vaporetto right there. The excellent restaurant outside - the calamari is exquisite!
Easy to get to by boat from the station, very helpful staff, short walk to St Mark's square
Room comfort ,location,view & breakfast
Wifi was poor reception & continually needed to be reconnected
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the stresses we had experienced elsewhere throughout our Italian holiday weren't experienced with them in Venice. They were perfect!
The beds were a bit too firm for a good night's sleep.
Warm welcome to all the family
Nice hotel in good location
We were in a room above the side alley where the kitchen is and where there is noise until late at night and again early in the morning. I don't need someone coming into the room to turn the bedclothes down. The staff were basically efficient but not exactly friendly, however some staff were more amenable than others
Friendliness of staff. Location. Room. Breakfast. 20% discount on restaurant meals.
Poor WiFi reception in room.
Right across from water taxis, no bridges to lug your luggage over!
Wonderful location, beautiful view. Good air con.
Pricey, but hey, that's Venice.
Great hotel, in a very easy place to arrive, nice room and excellent bathroom, good breakfast, excellent and helpfull staff.
Nothing at all to mention.
Good access to the main attractions in Venice, including being close to the S Zaccharia vaporetto stop. Our room was in the back of the hotel with windows over an alleyway which was quite noisy at night.
The hotel took advantage of the Redentore Festival to charge high rates for dinner which was not matched by the quality of the food and service that night. Room rates were also high for a room without a view.
Was not told we would be in a room with no view
Very friendly, helpful staff who went beyond the call of duty to offer assistance on any matter and provide excellent sightseeing suggestions. A particular thank you to Tommaso, the concierge. The junior suite had a great view and an excellent layout.
Breakfast, bed, shower, bathroom, view, location are all good...
I got a junior suite for 350 euro, based on the very nice website pictures, I found it misleading that these pictures were taken from their only upgraded suite, the other 87 rooms have the 20 year old furniture and décor... Location was perfect, breakfast was fine, wifi was poor, no gym, no bar or any other facilities. Staff was good!
