Hotellet ligger centralt bra, och är mycket enkelt att hitta till. Fantastiskt bra frukostbuffe, vänliga hjälpsamma människor! Inget alls! allt är bra! |

Probably ther best location in the World. Almost next to St Mark's Square. You can dine outside including breakfast and watch the boats go by. |

Excellent location within a short distance of St Marks Square, the Grand Canal and close to city amenities. Waterbus stop right in front of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. |

The concierge desk was exceptional. The staff were courteous and efficient. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable.An extremely happy stay. All restaurant bookings were made well in advance and Mr Roberto and Mr Hans were evry efficient. The location was fantastic and we will be back again and again. |

Great hotel situated in an ideal location on the Grand Canal. Reception staff were great, always willing to assist. We were upgraded to a room with a huge bathroom. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and most comfortable. Breakfasts were great, good variety of foods. Would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Very good location. Staff very professional for morning breakfast. Good to have a restaurant at front of hotel overlooking the lagoon. The single room allocated to me was not good. The shower room was tiny. The door leading to the back veranda and onto the roof space did not have a key. There were no real windows. For the price charged to single professional people this was not value for money. It would be difficult to recommend this hotel for that reason. Single female customers should be treated as well as any others. |

The great location. From the airport is better to take the bus until piazzale Roma and then the water bus no.52. It's a direct/fast line and it will stopped just few meters away from the hotel. If you take -from apt-the water bus no.2 It stops opposite to the hotel but it will take more time to reached it since is traveling around other islands. |

Very central and easy for vaporetto. Compared to hotels each side cost was good. Fantastic views from suite rooms. All Venice is expensive . |

very nice & helpful staff; the location on the waterfront is a huge factor; lovely standard of decor; large size of bathroom and double jacuzzi tub; unfinished woodwork in lift and around lift entrance on ground floor looks shabby; restaurant prices too high for the quality given - but not untypical of Venice |
