Staff friendly and helpful: I sprained my ankle and they made helpful suggestions. Period atmosphere: former large private residence, family portraits round the walls of breakfast room.

We were moved to the Hotel Victoria across the road - all the comments relate to this hotel. I would assume the Savona is very similar, Both situated on the main street close to everything.

Location is wonderful to see the city. One desk clerk was outstanding and very helpful. One spoke very little English and was not helpful at all.

extremely friendly professional staff, most helpful; housekeeping staff maintain rooms to an extremely high standard - oases of comfort, and are to be commended for their contribution to the hoel. Hotel is very central, well maintained rooms, quiet. Breakfast waiter and reception personnel very professional. fruit juice for breakfast could be changed (undrinkable).

Ruhige (abgesperrter Hauptstraßenabschnitt und Fenster zum Innenhof) sowie zetrale Lage. Grosser, hoher Raum. Ältere, nostalgische Zimmer- und Hoteleinrichtungen. Gutes Frühstück. Recht freundliche und hilfreiche Bedienung. Nachts einige Mücken. Bis Mitternacht im Innenhof (Fensterseite) aus benachbartem Restaurant Kochgerueche.

Camera ampia, curata e silenziosa (grazie alla presenza di due serramenti con doppi vetri); personale gentile e disponibile; buona colazione. Ottima posizione, vicina a Piazza Duomo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato!

Cortesia dello staff, pulizia, posizione centralissima, ubicazione in un bel palazzo storico del centro, colazione ok. PS: il phon non è in bagno... ma basta chiederlo in reception :-) La posizione è centralissima, il che, se da un lato è un pregio, dall'altro comporta anche una certa dose di caos... Il condizionatore in camera è efficace ma molto rumoroso, e la scelta del frigobar potrebbe essere un po' più ampia.

Muy buena ubicacion en pleno centro de la ciudad. Habitacion triple muy amplia y tranquila al dar a patio interior muy luminoso. Decoracion a la antigua pero con encanto y solera. Personal del hotel amable. El mayor inconveniente para nosotros es que no hay ascensor en el hotel. En nuestro caso, que estabamos alojados en la ultima planta, subir y bajar las maletas grandes fue complicado. Por otro lado, la cama supletoria de la triple era un poco pequeña.

大通りに面していたが静かで快適。観光スポットにアクセスしやすい。 朝食が硬くて大きいクロワッサンとチーズ、ハムくらいだけ。不味かった。部屋が広いが薄暗くなんとなく埃っ- ぽい。
