The staff were extremely helpful, carrying our luggage up the stairs (no lift), arranging for an early morning taxi, and helping with directions. Our room was quiet, attractive and very comfortable. |

Pleasant helpful reception and "breakfast" staff, nice room, clean & comfortable but very noisy. We were above a restaurant and the noise at night made it very hard to sleep |

Central location; room on courtyard quiet, desk open 24 hrs, helpful with their info; large room with antique furnishings and high ceilings It had no elevator so suitcases had to be carried up a couple flights of stairs. Staff would have helped if we had so requested. |

Room was large and nice and quiet. Nice breakfast, helpful staff, good location. Minor quibble - there was a screaming child down the hallway, which disturbed our sleep - just bad luck with the timing. |
