The Hotel is in a good location. Galleria degli Uffizi and Dumo are within 5minutes walk. And aroud hotel there are many big-name brand shops.

The location in Florence is unbeatable and staff incredibly helpful I found the hotel to be quite cold in terms of ambience and for the price was expecting something more luxurious. Also I had a front facing room which I wouldn't recommend as I couldn't sleep due to the noise and music coming from the square -- the rooms are not soundproofed -- again for the price I would have thought they would be. However must be said that they did warn me that a front facing room could be noisy.

We thouroughly enjoyed our time at Savoy, the staff were so nice and provided service we have rarely experienced before - Well Done !! We travel the world and this would rate highly as an experience not to forget - the Savoy was an outstanding place to stay. Wi-Fi should be either free or included the room cost. Not too many places still charge for this service it is now becoming an essentail part of the package for all travellers.

Great location. Beautiful room and good amenities. Helpful and pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, so the cost of our stay was totally worth it. Not sure if I would feel if the room we should have be given was small and standard.

The hotel need renevation in most of the area and the sound noise from the repuplica square at night is noisy I think they need to do more a bout the sound proofing for the windows.

L'ambiance de notre chambre, moderne, décorée avec gout, vraiment raffiné ! Accueil parfait, l’organisation, le room service ainsi que la qualité de la cuisine, bref il y a longtemps que je ne me suis plus senti à l’hôtel comme chez moi ! Bien que ce soit ma premier expérience avec cette chaine Rocco & Forté, j’avais l’impression d’être un client privilégié, certainement l’esprit qui est encore familial de cette société. Le concierge, Mr Maximilien, nous a réservé chaque soir, des restaurants typiques d’une rare qualité, que jamais nous n’aurions trouvé, le moindre détail des visites fut organiser sans attente, en conclusion un service de conciergerie hors du commun. Enfin le maitre d hôtel, Madame Isabella, a l’écoute de la moindre demande et quel sourire ! L’hôtel Savoy allie le confort des 21 siècles avec l’âme exceptionnel des lieux, qui se trouve à un jet de pierre de la résidence, une position centrale exceptionnelle. En conclusion, bien que je fréquente les meilleurs hôtels, rarement une qualité de cet ordre ne m’a été donnée, raison pour laquelle je prends ma plume pour le faire savoir. Rien, même pas la facture, tout à fait abordable et raisonnable pour les prestations reçues.

Felicissimi d averlo scelto! :) con booking è stato tutto stra comodo e tempestivo! Appena arrivati c hanno subito accolto chiamandoci per nome con sorrriso e gentilezza...non c hanno neanche chiesto d presentare il foglio stampato della prenotazione...c hanno levato senza neanche accorgersene il peso dei bagagli e ci hanno fatto scegliere la camera tra due sole rimaste tutte e 2 superior ( notte d capodanno) e la camera era molto molto piu' bella delle foto!! Lenzuola d lino, una cabina armadio in legno meravigliosa con ogni accessorio,parquet, bagno in marmo e mosaici,un panorama da sogno finestre insonorizzate, flat tv e filodiffusione...addirittura quadri d modigliani appesi alla parete! Il personale è giovane efficentissimo e gentilissimo!fanno le camere 3 volte al giorno...anche per la notte! Il consierge ci ha consigliato ristoranti e locali giovani ( visto la nostra età 28 e 30anni) e ci ha consigliato benissimo!!! Il servizio in camera per la colazione è stato puntualissimo e perfetto! Anche l'entrata è un sogno! Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con tanto d uscere con sciarpa panna e cilidro che t apre la porta....il prezzo è alto ma noi ce ne siamo accorti solo una volta letto dentro la camera perchè con booking abbiamo pagato mooolto meno!!! Quasi il 45% in meno!! Consiglio booking e l'hotel savoy vivamente a tutti quelli che sognano un weekend magico con la persona amata....rimarrete incantati! :) Unici 2 aspetti negativi sono : 1. l'aria in camera! Il termostato nn si regala o nn so' che.....ma o in quella stanza fanno 40gradi o si gela!! Nn si riesce a stabilire una temperatura ideale!!! :( 2. il WiFi...non è vero che è gratuito anzi! Sono 20euro al giorno e oltre tutto se decidi di pagarlo cmq per utilizzarlo nessuno sà dirti la chiave wifi per attaccalo! ( es iphone, ipad ecc...)

フロントの対応は、やや英会話に問題があり、親切な 対応とは、言い難いが、ドアマン、レストランの従業員は、 接客がよく訓練されており、ゲストの名前も 直ぐに覚えて、好感がもてた。ポットがあれば、 部屋で、温かいコーヒーが飲めるともっと良い。 トイレが流れ難いのが難儀でした。 ドイツ在住の日本人。

No tenían habitaciones disponibles a nuestra llegada! Luego de insistir hablamos con el director y su respuesta fue eficiente, correcta e instantánea. Nos transportaron para una noche al hotel Internacional, junto al Ponte Veccio, haciéndose cargo total de los costos, y al fía siguiente nos trajeron las maletas a habitaciones up grade excelentes.
