The balcony in rooms was excellent. The rooms themelselves were spotless & luxuriant. The interconnecting telephone between rooms worked flawlessly. The breakfasts were exceptional. More than anyonyone could possibly eat. All in all - it is an exceptional Hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in this region. 5 * * * * * stars - defininetly. Possibly 6 * stars - if that we'er possible. |

An older hotel but was very impressed by cleanlines but found european hotels most do not have tea/coffee making facilities but as we do here but overall a very nice property and great staff. |

Excellent hotel in prime location On arrival at the hotel, the staff had no knowledge of our booking, luckily I had a copy of the booking confirmation. The staff were most helpfull in arranging the accomodation |

we stayed in Savoy Palace after a week travelling around the lakes. It was a fantastic location for our last three days of pure relaxation.The staff were so helpful and food was great. Really recommend it. We didn't have a lake view but it was still good - a lake view would have been perfect so take it if you have the choice |

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. The balcony overlooking the pool and lake was particularly spectacular. The pool and surrounding areas was well cared for and there was a very relaxing atmosphere. We felt that the evening meals were very expensive and not competitive with local restaurants. |

The location is good and the swimming pool as well. Rooms and hotel in general are outdated and very highly priced. We received really crappy rooms (first floor in a corner). And those are really overpriced. |

The hotel has a great location beside lake Garda and has some beautiful public areas such as the poolside restaurant and the terrace overlooking the lake. The rooms are nicely furnished and all staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms that are not lake-facing are effected by the noise of traffic that runs along a fairly busy road. |

Room was spacious enough and comfortable and the pool though small was pleasant Location was immediately adjacent to Lake Garda and therefore convenient Parking was in a damp and dark underground car park |

Très bons déjeuners et diners. Belle vue sur le lac.Personnel très aimable. Très bruyant dans les chambres: on entend les portes claquer des voisins. Chambre un peu petite. Salle à manger démodée et froide, prévue sans doute pour les séminaires. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die guten Restaurantempfehlungen Bei der Buchung der Standardzimmer ist nicht ersichtlich, dass diese auf die Straße bzw. in unserem Fall auch auf den öffentl. Parkplatz führen. Man kann trotz geschlossenem Fenster aufgrund des Verkehrslärms nur bis ca 7.00 Uhr schlafen - dies ist für den Urlaub inakzeptabel, außer man bucht ein relativ teures Zimmer mit Meerblick. |

Sänky oli paras hotellisänky aikoihin. Sai hyvät unet. Tosin alakerroksissa asuvaa herkkäunista voi häiritä toistuvat ohiajavan metron äänet maan alta tulevista kanavista. Niin minä ainakin ne äänet tulkitsin. |

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen. Via de tuin loop je zo de boulevard op. Fijn zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en prima 4 gangen diner. Mooie kamer met een goed werkende, stille airconditioning. |
