The hotel is quite nice, in the main building every room has different design (and some of the rooms are really beautiful!). There are also the apartments next door from the hotel (where we stayed) - they are also big and quite good. Location - the hotel is close to the railwaystation, but a little bit far (around 15 min walking, not so much:) from the city centre. |

The staff was helpful. Location is great once you get your directions and know where you are heading. Room was one of the biggest we have had in Europe. Next time we are in Verona that is where we will stay. Family room needs a small fridge. |

The hotel was conveniently situated with regard to transport and not too far from the key attractions in Verona. The Concierge staff were extremely helpful. The bedrooms were decorated and furnished to a high standard and with character. |

It is on walking distance to all interesting places. The bathroom is large and very nice. The atmosphere is good. They are thinking about the design and apearence of the rooms. They are not accepting Amex or Diners. The overall impression of the new suites was good but a small , even unexpensive carpet would change the garage tuch atmosphere. |

The hotel was very central and everything was in easy walking distance, yet despite this the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would go back ther again. |

The location of the hotel could not have been better for are visit to the Opera. Driving in from the airport was easy. We had stayed here about 10 years ago with our two children. This time we had two visits of two nights each and will use it again ofn future visits to Verona. The breakfast room was a little small. |

It is within walking distance of the centre of Verona..There was air con in the room and it worked very well The room we had was next door to the hotel and was over looked by several other rooms in very colse proximity Also there was building work going on and it was very unsightly looking !! The breakfast room was so small we could not sit together as a family |

The room we stayed in (No. 7) was very spacious and cute. It had nice antique furniture and was very suitable for the 4 of us. Staff was friendly and quickly responded to requests for additional pillows (ones provided were thin) and a fan for the loft. Breakfast was a pretty simple continental breakfast. Loft with the two twin beds was not air conditioned so it was quite hot up there. |

The staff was very friendly, accomadating, and very helpful with information for getting around in Verona and neighboring towns. We arrived early in the morning (730) and were allowed to check into our room for the day - which was a very welcome surprise after a long night train journey with 2 young children. |
