Die Freundlichkeit allgemein. Das aktive Mitwirken der Familienangehörigen. Man hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen. Hilfsbereitschaft war gross.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr tolles Ambiente. Das Frühstück war grandios!!! Tolles Hallenbad und eine kleine aber feine Sauna. Das Essen generell war sehr lecker, frisch und reichhaltig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 7 und das war eher ein Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett, also sehr klein und wir hatten nicht wirklich Platz. Das Bad war in Dunkelblaub gehalten und schon sehr alt. Die Armaturen haben sich nicht wirklich auf eine Temperatur einstellen lassen, das war nicht gut beim duschen.... Im Wellnessbereich gibt es zwei Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben. 1. Im Hallenbad selber gab es keine Toiletten, diese waren im Keller. Das bedeutet das die Kinder nicht unbedingt das Hallenbad verlassen haben um ihre Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen... (Vermutung) 2. Die Sauna ist nur über den Garten mit einen kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen. Das ist eigentlich OK aber Abends war es dunkel und der Weg war sehr schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Hier ist dringend Handlungsbedarf angesagt.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus- es hat einfach alles gestimmt! Ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr großes komfortabel eingerichtetes Zimmer, einwandfrei funktionierendes wlan, netter Wellness-Bereich mit Hallen- und Freibad, Liegebereichen sowie neu eingerichteter finnische Sauna.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, geräumig, schöne Aussicht, gratis Garageplatz (grosszügig bemessen), schöner Garten, schöner Innen- und Aussenpool, super Frühstücksbuffet, Halbpension-Nachtessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Persönliches Ambiente hat etwas gefehlt. Wir kamen etwas später zum Nachtessen (noch gut in der angegebenen Zeit), ringsherum wurde dann schon abgeräumt und für das Frühstück aufgedeckt, das war etwas ungemütlich...
