the location was very good,very close to the subway. room was clean and bed very comfortable. staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very good. I would go there again!!!!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, spacious room with large comfortable bed. Generous buffet breakfast with both sweet and savoury selections, Excellent location with buses, supermarket and eateries within minutes walking distance. Close to city centre...only 15 minutes by local bus. This would be our first choice if we were to return to Rome. Highly recommended!

Pillows. They need to provide plumper pillows. Would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony.

Very convient to the metro only 10 min walk away and only two stops to termini. Good restaurants nearby and was really good value for money but make sure to ask waitor at breakfast to get you a coffee

The coffee machine served really bad coffee but you just had to ask the waitor for coffee and he or she made a really good one. This wasn't made clear to everyone we were just lucky we spotted someone doing the same

The breakfast

Breakfasts are really great, location is convenient for sightseeing, very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Very noisy at nights (busy road is too close and walls in the rooms are too thin ), staff speaks very poor English!

The room and continental breakfast were very good!

Some of the people were a but crabby and there is An eight euro city tax at check out that we did not know about.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and the breakfast was good.

Hotel was well placed. Staff were great and could not do enough for you. Room was very comfortable and can`t understand other comments on breakfast as it was superb. Great value hotel for the centre of Rome.

Comfortable for the most part, though there were some works going on at the time of my stay, which were only a slight inconvenience. I would recommend the hotel provided you don't want to be right in the middle of the tourist attractions.

The provision of coffee in the voyer was OK but it was often cold and didn't allow for milk unless you asked. I did find the walls were very thin and I was badly disturbed on one night by voices from the next room. Rome is not a place where people tend to keep their voices down!

The homely environment and the very excellent staff. I and my friends agreed that if we ever come to Rome again we will stay in Hotel Santa Costanza. Thank you very much for being nice.

Comfort and location was very suitable for my purpose, because the bus station to center of Roma was very close to the hotel. So we did an excellent visit to the city. The staff was very kind.

Pretty close to center of Rome(10 minutes to Piazza Bologna then 3 stations on metro to Termini). very good and quiet area. Good clean rooms and helpful staff. Guys on reception speaks English which isn't obvious in Italy=). Very good choice for discoverers of Rome. Nice place for dinner on the next crossroad.

Bad sound isolation (I literally thought that someone tries to enter my room when another door in hall opens\closes)and not very reach breakfast.

Incredible value for money.clean and tidy rooms.all staff were very friendly. Free wireless all over hotel and free drinks in the lobby were extra perks.

Breakfast range wasnt incredible but was still very acceptable.

Sometimes there were be loud noises of Libyanian guests living at every floor of the hotel for last five months! Especially at nights! But mostly the hotel was quiet enough...

Good price, very good room and services.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and even had a balcony. A little small compared to hotels here but absolutely perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was pastries, juices and coffees. It was within walking distance to the Metro which could take you anywhere! I would highly recommend this hotel, so clean, perfect really.

No restaurant to eat if that is what you want, but there was a restaurant down the road!

The rooms were very clean. They were changing the linen every two days. It is very close to the bus station and it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was kind enough to change our rooms on our request (see below comment related to the ground floor rooms).

- The lack of variety from breakfast - The attitude of some employees of the hotel (especially the ones dealing of the breakfast) - The smoking and relaxation area provided by the hotel was closing really early. - Avoid the rooms from the ground floor[100-101-102], really really really noisy, you can hear every single step and chit-chat from lobby and really small -

This hotel is located not so far from Termini railway station ( 2 stops by subway). It is situated in part of the Rome full of embassies of different countries ( Russian Federation, Iran; Afghanistan etc). Very clean and comfortable rooms with free wi fi access.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly, very nice and peaceful area, close to public transport (bus station right in front of the hotel, metro station was 10 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away), clean rooms, good breakfast buffet (with excellent coffee), free internet.

We weren't expecting a 5 star hotel at this price and we didn't find one, but what we found was a hotel that was worth the money spent.
