No hot water...no hot pot..
Breakfast and wi-fi
I reserved a double and I got a triple... room was small and totally different from the pictures in the description... Sky tv didn't work at all. Such a delusion. Not worth it!
Friendly staffs, good location, clean and modern rooms.
Small elevator to the hotel.
Location was fantastic::- 2 mins walk from the Termini 10 mins walk from the Colosseum Staff were very friendly and will assist
So close to the main train terminal and very close to main tourist sights, very comfortable room, lovely breakfast and the staff went out of their way to help you.
Very good coffee, excellent sleep, super staff. I liked as compared to nearby. Hotels however are still overprices in Rome, incl. that one.
Perfect location, so close to all public transport.a nice 15 minute walk to main sights. Staff very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Family room was huge, included terrace(only wifi signal was weak up there, but that's no big deal)Could not find anything negative about our stay.will definitely recommend
clean staff friendly helpful close to Termini station supermarket and restaurants close by walking distance to major attractions breakfast excellent
rooms small lift small
We loved the location to the trains and there were great souviner shops handy.
The hotel refused to issue invoice, wich caused substantial problems in tax settlements of business trip. Behaviour contrary to the law. First time such a problem when booking by Booking.com..
Silvia at reception was the best!! Always greeted with a smile and very helpful. Location a great plus. Breakfast and cleaning staff were also very accommodating with requests.
Easy access to Termini Train/metro station.
It is a bit difficult to find the entrance when you first arrive. Also it seems not very safe to walk around at night.
The location was good. Close to buses and trains. Restaurants and shops.
The room was extremely small .there was only one of me but still too small.
Location to termini train station, restaurants and metro was excellent ... could get anywhere in central Roma either by metro or walking. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Had some issues with the TV and wifi connection was weak on the 5th floor but did work eventually.
This was the second time that I had been to the scotts hotel and when in Rome this is the hotel I will always go to. U have recommended this hotel to several people and they had a good time there also . The hotel is really nice inside and clean and the staff are fab .
Location is fantastic and super convenient to get to the train station. The staff is really friendly and hospitable.
The lift of the building does not seem reliable. It looks a little dodgy and I had second thoughts to ride it. But maybe it's just me... someone who comes from a country with no such lifts and it could be something different for me and usual for everyone else.
Very close to Termini.
Location is a little dodgy. Shower was hot and cold and hot and cold and hot and cold.
Friendly and helpful staff, easy to find and great breakfast!
Quite a walk from the main attractions. Not a great view from the room.
The staff was extremely helpful!!
The WiFi connection...
We liked the price and the breakfast but that was it!
The neighborhood was very scary, I would not have left alone. When we asked the staff at check in if it was safe to walk around, her response was "well they won't kill you, but they will surround you and steal everything from you so you shouldn't bring stuff around with you" - At least she was honest. The safety deposit box has a key that you have to give a deposit for, who wants to carry around heaving keys with them when going out for the day! The beds were not comfortable, the linens were itchy and the wifi was terrible. There were loud people partying next door (5:30am) and the staff would not do anything about it. There was a lot of street noise that you could not drown out. The airconditioner did not work well and it was way too cold.
Very close to attractions - only took the metro once to get to the Vatican City. Staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome. Definitely good value for money considering the location etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
We arrived late at night and because this hotel is situated next to Termini station there was a lot of strange (homeless maybe?) men hanging about which was quite intimidating but you get that in a lot of city's.
i came late night at the hotel and want to shut the front door but there were a person near the door "he called himself a guard" was so rude yelling and he didn't have any form identity wanting to keep the door open which is really not safe specially next to the train station.
Great people at the hotel. Very helpful and very close to Termini train station. Very good breakfast included.
the internet would cut off during Skype calls on some days. Other days it was perfect.
Within walking distance of termini. The staff was amazing!
The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor, very deceiving pictures, small and not very clean, mold in the bathroom, not a safe neighborhood, especially for kids!
Excellent hotel for stay near central railway station for few nights. Clean and comfort rooms, nice interior.
