The hotel staff were all really friendly, decent breakfast, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. Stay in room 207 if you can. It has a private balcony and beutiful view of the lake at no extra cost. Breathtaking view and a great stay. Would definately stay there again. The only bad thing was the busy road nearby but it really was as bad as others made it sound |

Hotel is very close to the center and the corso in the evening. Some rooms are facing to the lake and are quite nice. The breakfast is quite poor: the coffee machine is lousy and the bread is very poor, good is the ham and partly other items from the buffet. The aircondition makes a lot of noise, however, it didn't really cool down enough. |

convenient location! in the central of the city, parking is only 3 minuts from the hotel by walk. stuff is extremly helpful, but nobody speak english. free internet is in the room |

we arrive on a wednesday and the hotel staff indicate us to park in a specific place and pay the parking, we had no problem with that we did as they said and paid the parking until 9 am the next morning. |

friendly reception staff and adequate breakfast for the price. great central location for walking around difficult location to find (visibility of entrance), and unfortunately a street market set up outside at 6am the first morning (not hotel's problem!) |

Per essere un hotel 4 stelle è davvero carente... Nella camera non funzionava la tv...abbiamo segnalato il problema non c'era un tv di ricambio, il tecnico non poteva venire in quanto giorno di festa e le altre camere dell'hotel erano tutte piene... O.O.....2 giorni senza TV...nessuno sconto ci han pure fatto pagare una bottiglietta d'acqua..2 €...Parcheggio a pagamento...nel paese e nelle vicinanze dell'hotel non ce un parcheggio che non sia a pagamento....bisogna fare 1 km circa a piedi prima di trovarne uno gratuito. Non ostante era stato detto che desideravamo non essere disturbati una inserviente è entrata tranquillamente nella camera come se nulla fosse...io lo sconsiglio vivamente...rapporto qualita' prezzo per un 4 stelle pessimo! |

Ubicacion Desde luego no es un 4 estrellas. El desayuno no vale nada. Es viejo aunque no esta descuidado. Si solo se emplea para dormir ....pasa. |

La amabilidad del personal. Nos esperaron hasta las 2'00 AM, a parte de ser cercanos y amables. También la situación del hotel, frente al lago Iseo. La instalación eléctrica no daba para conectar aparatos alto voltaje (planca de ropa) nos vetaron esta opción. |

La proprietà si è mostrata al quanto gentile e disponibile, l'albergo è posto direttamente nel centro storico ma offre un ambiente tranquillo grazie alla propria struttura La non disponibilità di un parcheggio proprio, anche se nell'immediate vicinanze c'è la disponibilità di un parcheggio a pagamento ticket, quindi si deve avere l'accortezza di cambiarlo continuamente |

Fantastisk by vid vattnet. Spännande arkitektur på hotellet.( Ni måste lära er mer om att beskriva dessa kvalitéer på era objekt). Intressant med byns historia mellan järnväg och tågfärjor förr i tiden. |

Très bon accueil. Prise en compte via un rabais de notre réclamation quant au bruit de la climatisation qui nous a empêchés de dormir (et je l'espère répercussion de notre réclamation de l'hôtel au restaurant). Belle chambre confortable en dehors du bruit. Emplacement de l'hôtel en ville facile à trouver et possibilité de parking à proximité. Arrivé un jour de forte chaleur ; or, la climatisation du restaurant attenant à l'hôtel n'a pas été arrêtée cette nuit-là : bruit à un niveau élevé toute la nuit de cette climatisation. Mon mari est sorti de l'hôtel à 1h30 et n'est revenu que vers 7h pour échaper à ce bruit, de mon côté, j'ai très mal dormi et me suis réveillée plusieurs fois. |
