Location and staff were both excellent

Mari and Franchesca at the front desk were over the top perfect. Good hotel in good location in downtown Sarnico close to everything. Third floor rooms are the best and have views. The restaurant downstoirs is also good. Excellent value.

They need to get their wifi up and running and maybe some TV's that come from this decade ...

only the staf was oké. They did everything they could.

shabby, dark, little room. The lady at the reception was very nice but she had to do everything: reception, piccolo, help with breakfast, doing shifts you wouldn't believe. Hotel was understaffed, so we could not have breakfast on the terrace because the tables were not cleaned (no staff) and the quality of the products was very poor (bad coffee, no or undrinkable juice, out of milk, bread, cheese, ...and no refill because,,, no staff). You really shouldn't go there!!!

The hotel is located right next to the lake and is a great base location for travelling about the local region. The veranda is great for breakfast.

Central location.

Given room without balcony (which had been confirmed on booking) though this was quickly rectified by staff. Told this is a Booking.com problem. Tired decor - cleanly painted but carpets, soft furnishings, furniture all tired. No wifi No parking on site but ability to off load luggage and directions given to parking on outskirts. Breakfast very basic.

We loved the panoramatic view from the room overlooking the lake and the mountains. We also enjoyed a lot the breakfast in the morning on the terrace again with a nice view on the lake. The breakfast was very tasty especially homemade cake was amazing. We also appreciated that we found the small fridge in the room that contains not only bottles of water but a choice of drinks from juices, iced teas to a beers, which was after arrival to the hotel in hot weather very pleasant. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was nice and helpfull, no problems to leave the luggage in the hotel even after check-out for a few hours. The hotel made our trip to Sarnico a special trip.

Nice hotel! We had 2 rooms with balcony and an excellent sea view. Good information from staff concerning parking. We unloaded our baggage at the bus stop close to the hotel. We slept well and there was no noise from traffic (Sunday evening). Would stay at the same hotel again.

The kids missed free wireless internet in the room.

People in the hotel were nice and helpful and the restoran offered an exellent food.

The parking was away from the hotel and it looks a bit tired outside for a 4 star hotel, the marketplace right in the front of the hotel on Thursday and weekend made the access somewhat difficult for those coming by car or a bike

Good lakeside location, 1 1/2 hours from Milan. Friendly and helpfull staff with good restaraunt.

The Location!

Hotel Sebino was a joy to stay in. Location perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Surrounding area breathtakingly beautiful. Will definately plan another stay there.

Lake Isla

Staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. Room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Great location on lake Iseo. Good food and service and extremely enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others and would definitely stay again

mi è piaciuto tutto! in particolare la vista stupenda sul lago dal balconcino della camera spaziosa e il momento magico della prima colazione sulla terrazza che da sul lago! un albergo da sogno in un posto incantevole!

se devo proprio dire una critica, in camera mancava solo uno specchio che riflette l'intera persona; magari sarebbe bello avere anche in camera 1 piccolo bollitore con qualche bustina di tè o infuso.
