Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant although only one staff member spoke reasonable English. I think the hotel pretended to be more than it was. While it had lots of marble etc it didn't really have any of the facilities you might expect of a four star. Fiumincina has a long way to go as a stopover point. In particular the internet description of the hotel gives the impression that there is a free airport shuttle. This adds 30EU to the cost of the hotel. If i spent this money on the hotel I could stay in a much better hotel and have a free shuttle. |

Very friendly staff: arranged the best room for me (the first was with smoky smell), and the taxi to the airport early in the morning; Location (really close to the airport); Beautiful and cozy interial design of the hotel |

The staff were very helpful. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was as close to the airport as the website suggested. A map in the room would be helpful. |

Staff was exceptional. Very modern hotel. Location less than 10 minutes from Rome airport and transportation provided. Lovely town, nice walking area and good breakfast. We stayed here for convience before we flew out but would return to explore town. A pleasant surprise. The place recommneded for dinner was expensive but one of the best meals we had in Italy. Fresh fish dishes. New Year's Eve and a great view of the fireworks from our bedroom window. |

Very friendly and safe. Felt like we were at a bed & breakfast. Alfredo and Elvira gave us great suggestions for day trips and excellent directions. Angelo (owner) was great as well. Shuttle to and from airport arrived on time and service was outstanding. Best staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10. The only downside might be the location but, with the staff's excellent directions, we found our way to Rome with no problem. |

The staff was eager and extremely helpful, lots of good seafood nearby, easy private car transport to the airport, very clean, bright, cheerful. The bed was way to hard and a bit uncomfortable :( |

Exceptional staff who made the stay pleasant and comfortable. Staff, facilities, breakfast and room cleanliness where exceptional and beyond expectations. Staff were very helpful in providing directions around the area and in suggesting suitable restaurants in the area. On arrival information about the hotel and local area should be available in the room. |

Great place to stay very close to airport - we had a flight out early in the morning. Very helpful and friendly staff - provided us with excellent transport to and from the airport/hotel via their network of local limousine operators. Other visitors were being charged up to 6 times the price by taxis operating out of Rome city. |

Proximity to Rome airport We didn't care for the staff who seemed overbearing (except for the young woman at the desk). I think, actually, they mean well, but need to smile to keep from being misunderstood. A "yes, I can" attitude will go a long way. |
