Close proximity to Rome fco Airport at a very good price. You will still need to have or hire a car/taxi to get to-from airport as there is no hotel provided van or car service. It is no more than a 5 minute drive to-from the front of the fco terminals. There is a nice pizzeria- restaurant right next door for dinner (opens at 1930 pm) and several other eating options within 5-10 minute walk. Very good breakfast at hotel. Good wi-fi in room. Car parking is right out front on hotel property courtyard and is "first-come, first-serve" but everyone seemed to fit into the small-ish space available. After 3 weeks in Italy-France with very little english-speaking tv the extensive multi- language, including english, 'sky tv' (cable or satellite system) was very nice to have. However, it was not easy for us to figure out on our own and the reception girl was so kind as to come up to our room and "lead us by the hand" so that we could operate it. We would definitely stay here again in preparation to fly out of Rome fco and I have already recommended it to others!

The person on duty (wish I got his name) was fantastic. Printed out the boarding pass for the next day, ordered taxis, recommended where to find a restaurant that would be open early for dinner and was just plain friendly and personable.

Staff and facility were great and made overnight stay a pleasure. Very close to multiple restaurants.

Brochure online looks like you have a view of the ocean, but it was not possible.

One of the best Italian family run hotels we have stayed in. The price was right and great value for the money. Couln't find any thing to complain about. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great service from the front desk and the breakfast was really good. Sky tv had everything, even fox News. The owner was availble and personally involved in the the day to day workings of the hotel. This is a real gem. Lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. Bob in Honolulu

The only negative was finding it. A good gps should take care ot that, our rental did not have one. Getting back to the airport was a piece of cake, in ten minutes we were at the Hertz turn in.

I liked the reception guy he was very friendly and helped us find a place to eat as we arrived quite late, and we had been travellling all day from the Amalfi Coast.

It was April and quite warm in our top floor room, the heating was on! When I asked if I could use the air conditioning I was told 'it isnt switched on until June' which is not what the write up said, this hotel was advertised as having air conditioning which is why I booked it, I was told at the reception that most people like the heating! Im not really interested in other peoples preferences, I like a cold room to sleep in, so I booked a hotel with Air conditioning - that I wasnt allowed to use, they should say in the write up that although they have air conditioning you cant use it until June! They wouldnt even loan me a fan!

Location to the airport yet away from the hustle and bustle. Charming little town with an excellent seafood restaurant.

Excellent front desk staff friendly and helpful. Spacious room with comfy beds. Good breakfast with wide enough selection and good service. The recommended fish restaurant was outstanding.

Toilet flush not working properly was a bit of let down...

Small classy airport hotel not at airport but in a nearby small town. Nice modern large room and facilities with two double beds. Very nice and personal staff. Several nearby restaurants.

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted - a nice but different type of affordable airport hotel. I would tend to not recommend the hotel for use as a "base of operations" while exploring Italy because of overall location.
