Residence is situated outside of the busy city centre, but close to the train station (5min) that links the area to the centre of Rome (Flaminio metro station). If you are looking for a bed and want to spend most of you time in tha city center this will be perfect place to stay (it is cheap compared to the rest of the City's hotels) . Nice bathroom and was cleaned and made up every day. |

The staff was very helpfull. They picked us up at the trainstation. They spoke english very well. Shared bathroom, but we already knew that. We could also hear our nabours. |

It's had been clear and we got some explanation. We are a family couple.Our opinion:This is only a guest house.The staff of the hotel promised us that in determined time/early morning 4.15 am/ / we will have a transport to the airport.We accepted the price from 45 euro to Champino airport.On the very first day we had been disapointed.No car,no emergency phone.Reception works from 9.00.By chance we got a taxy,tanks of one kind man who asked a car.We got the airport at the last moment. |

Cheap accomodation, although outside the city center there are good connections with public transport, clean, the staff is kind and willing to help you if you have any questions. If you want cheap accomodation that is clean with good connections to the city center, this is definitely a choice to consider! The kitchen (which was one of the reasons we chose this b&b) had an oven and a few cooking plates, but we were unable to use them because there were no cooking-pots etc. The cutlery was very limited: only a few spoons and knifes, not even forks. So the only thing we could use, was the microwave; so be aware of this. Breakfast was very limited; cornflakes and a biscuit with jam. |

The staff is very helpfull and friendly. Everything is very clean and cosy. Breakfest is almost nothing. To walk to the hotel at night looks like not that safe. |

Great value for money easy to access clean and comfy. Nice and helpfull staff. Dont miss nearby Mamas Restaurant. Breakfast is actually coffee juice and and something that resembles a croisant. |

It was nice, but quite far from the center. Luckily, not far from the railway station, but the train - awful. Nevertheless, rooms are very big, nicely furnished, very clean and the staff - very nice! :) |

The convenience of travel into Rome 7 minute walk to station, 20 minutes to Rome train about every 15 minutes. Good parking. Last but not least the 2 Romanian Receptionists are the greatest asset the owners could have, pleasant well informed, friendly, with a good service ethetic, lacking in most of Rome. Good concept of kitchenette use. A bit worn around the edges but considering the price one cannot not complain. However the hair dryer was broken obviously for some time, if it does not work remove it physically & as a facility from web site. Poor breakfast but considering price, expected. |

on firstarrival the staff were extremely informative and helpful,accomodating and generous. the Cleaner was very friendly and thorough not missing a spot!! we would like to saya special mention to Maria, one of the staff members. she made our stay extra enjoyable and she was very helpful and friendly. only a microwave to cook with |

Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Gratis parkeren. Schoon. Goeie voorlichting over bezichtiging en breikbaarheid van de stad van de hoteleigenares. Het water van de douche was niet echt warm. Bed een beetje hard. |

Dat het erg schoon was en de rust. Toch wel een beetje de locatie. Ik wist dat het 20 minuten van het centrum was, maar de ligging oogt niet echt gezellig. Maar voor een stedentrip is het prima te doen omdat wij veel weg waren en er alleen maar sliepen. Dan is het gewoon lekker goedkoop. |

Deskundig personeel (receptie bezet van 9.30 tot 19.30), erg schoon. Op 5 minuten lopen van de trein die elke 7-10 minuten naar hartje Rome vertrekt (15-20 min) Supermarkt, bars, pizzeria's in de buurt. Zoals al eerder gezegd, het ontbijt is italiaans. Wel voldoende melk en vruchtensap en gelegenheid zelf spullen in de koelkast te bewaren. |
