maria helped us sooo much with all our questions and was happy to help
bit out of the way from rome itself but this is not a problem as trains are very regular and the owners have helpfully taped bus and train times to the side of the main entrance :D
Maria was wonderful, the wifi always worked, & it was close to the train to get to the metro.
It was sometimes a hassel to get to the city center due to the amount of time it took to get there.
It's a great place to stay. Maria our host was very friendly and helped a lot to make our stay smooth and pleasant. The location of the hotel is pretty good, only takes 15-20 minutes to get in the city by car. Coffee/tea, daily cleaning (with towel change) incl., there is also a refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen but no cooking stove. Overall we enjoyed to stay here during our vacation and we recommend the place since it has a good price to value ratio.
relaxed atmosphere, efficient staff
shortage of toilet papir
the owner of the hotel is good person, very friendly and very helpful!
not near rome, squeaky bed (not helpful) window leaked when it rained, shower leaked, electrics tripped out repeatedly, rude cleaning lady, very few local conveniences, half broken tv
Kitchen included refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Superb cleanliness. Balcony. Excellent staff. Location is good as well--easy train ride into the city center. We had no concerns with regards to the safety of the neighborhood. We were skeptical because of the reviews left on here, but everything turned out to be just fine. It's a poor area, which some people interpret as a "bad neighborhood," but it's not. There were grandparents taking their children to the park, people strolling around, etc. It was a very nice neighborhood. The rosticceria close to the train station was awesome as well.
It would be nice to have access to a stove to cook.
The receptionist was one of the few Italians that actually spoke English. Very helpful to give us instructions on how to move around. Actually, it might have been the only positive of this hotel.
Too far from the city center. We had to switch from urban train to metro to get to the city in 20 minutes for 1.5 euro. Also, the location is isolated with nothing nearby and we had to cross a bridge from the underground to get opposite to the hotel without any light and the bridge leaking from the top. Too dangerous especially for girls. No breakfast at all. Just a bed and shower for the night. The wall had been cracked. The place needs to be renovated urgently. The tv was crt for God sake.
clean and tidy
The room was good and well cleaned. The wi-fi signal was regular.
If a bathroom shall be shared by 4 people, it has to be in perfct state. The shower was spreading water all over the place and after the first person take a shower it would be already a mess. The location is not good as well, altough it reflects in the price. But if you are planning to enjoy the night life of Rome that should be considered.
The room is very cozy with complete facilities. It's clean, quite, like an apartment. It's a good choice if you don't mind waiting for the train. The train is every 20mins.
The place is a little far away from all the sights, but the neighbourhood is not as rough as I thought.
the balcony!, enough space in the room, friendly Maria, the surrounding without touristical touch, fridge and coffee machine
the thin walls (you can hear everything what your neighbours are doing), no possibility for cooking besides a microwave
Clean, basic hotel near to railway station. Takes about half an hour to city center, but it is easy to go there. There is a wonderful old-style italian restaurant nearby, just ask help from the staff!
Neighborhood isn´t very cozy.
The staff is very friendly! Maria is a very nice (and goodlooking!) woman who is very helpfull and she explains everything about Rome if you want. The room was big, there was a kitchen and free coffee/tea. There is a minimarket nearby where you can buy basicly everything. The public transport is only 5 minutes walking away and it brings you right to the centre of Rome in 15 minutes. There's a train every 10 minutes or so. Maria can explain exactely everything about the last train and busses. I took a cab from the airport and pre ordered it at the hotel. It's relexed and will cost you about 45,- euro.
The neighbourhood itself is not much. But just for sleeping and relaxing it's ok! Try to get a room with balcony!
It is easy to go to Rome from this Place, the staff is very-very friendly and helpful. There are a kitchen with fridge where you can prepare some food.
Very accomodating staff (Maria & company), well mannered. There are restaurants available nearby until afternoon. Room is spacious with hot & cold water shower.
Walls are thin so you can hear what's going from the other room. Far from the city but easy to go there because nearby to the train stations.
Maria at the front office was greatly helpful. Close to train station, easy 5-7 minute walk. Easy public transport to city center around 30 minutes. Very clean.
Beds were very hard.
All in all good, clean and the price you pay is reasonable. Near the train station and not too hard to reach city center.
Its very clean. And good transport con to city. Woman also was very helpful with all important information.
The internet was just working in the kitchen! There is only one mini market in this area, which has everyday different prices... Is proper village, so it is good just for stay at night.
Maria was very helpful and speeks good English. She gave us a lot of information about Rome and how to get there and when the airco failed, she came back in at 11pm to give us another room with a working airco. She make the place worth staying!!! Convient location, it is only a couple of minutes from the train station, which brings you in 20 min to the Flaminio station, where you can take the metro to all the touristic places in Rome. The area around the B&B looks unsafe, but is an OK neighbourhood, quit and with a very lovely minimarket with very good bread and cold cuts. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a small freezer and a real Italian coffee machine.
The place was a little run down, it needs some urgent renovations, e.g. shower, window that doesn't close very well, airco didn't work (only in our room) and the airco's needs urgent cleaning, ...
It's very nice.comfortable and clean.
the last train out of the city is at 22:40
The rooms were clean and not a bad size. There was a seperate Kitchen to make coffee and keep things in a large fridge. Maria was very helpful also
Finding it proved to be a concern as road conditions had changed and the area was a bit deserted. Not having access to the car after dark was also an issue.
The owner was very helpful and kind. It is easy to get to the centre of Rome by suburban train. The rooms had an attached kitchenette.
Wifi did not work. The area is a bit run-down. However, we felt safe there even at late hours. Booking.com said there would be a breakfast included, but only "breakfast facilities" (=kitchenette) were available.
The cost is cheap.
In the add, they are not saying at which level is located the room. It was very hot in the building and in the bathroom the drain in the shower wasn't functionning very good.
Maria made the stay!she was very friendly and helpful!it is a 5min walk to the train station which goes directly into rome.
The neighbourhood is a bit rough. When we arrived by car our first thought was to book something else. However dur to the friendlyness of Maria and the nice rooms, our 2 night stay was perfect.
