Nothing, a terrible service, reception, no attention towards the guests

Breakfest was very poor

The refurbishing of this hotel is just excellent from the hall to the bedrooms. Beds are confortable. Most employees are very nice and helpful. Meeting rooms service is good and people very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the first room ran out of water in the middle of the night. The second room had no air-conditioning, neither the fridge was working and nothing has been fixed for the rest of the stay (3nights). Also soap and shampoo are not provided systematically. It is under request, which is weird for a 4*/3* hotel. The internet connection in sometimes challenging in the room through the tv cable and wifi only available in the lobby, nor in the the restaurant neither in the bar.

The rooms were ready and waiting for us upon check-in. The desk clerk was bi-lingual and helpful; was able to answer all of our questions. The rooms were secure, clean and comfortable; well-maintained. In the Restaurant we had dinner; our waiter, Flavio, was kind, considerate, helpful and attentive. The food was very good, reasonably priced and combined with Flavio's attentiveness, dinner was a lovely experience. Breakfast was buffet style, scheduled from 7AM til 10 AM and we went before 7AM as we were traveling early that day, and to our very pleasant surprise we were warmly greeted and invited to take breakfast even those few minutes before, which helped us greatly. All in all our stay was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

A little far to travel to the Rome City center, however, the amenities of the hotel outweighed the time lost in travel back and forth.

I liked the overall impression and design of the hotel. The rooms were quite and spatious.

For a 4star hotel I would expect a bath instead of a shower. Very dissappointed that I could not swim in te evening or in the morning after or before buisiness appotments. Normally a swimmingpool is open from 7 AM to swim a few lanes before breakfast for people on business trips. This would be a reason for me not to come back to nthis hotel as I cannot combine the facilities of the hotel with my business trip obligations during daytime. The hotel was clearly focused on families and large groups, acoustic in the lobby and the breakfast and dinner room does enforce there presence.

Camere molto belle, nuove e pulite. Bella anche la struttura in se e la piscina.

La colazione era carentissima! Per un hotel a 4 stelle non c'era praticamente nulla da mangiare!
