Hotel Selene  

Hotel Selene is located just on the outskirts of Piazza Armerina, easy to reach by car from the main road. If approaching from the south it is just before you leave the town, if from the north, one of the first things you see. Possible to walk into town where there are a few nice cheap trattoria'S. The hotel is modern, well decorated, nice rooms and decor, bathrooms well kept, and our room had a balcony. The cleaner deserves special mention as she did a fantastic job tidying and cleaning the rooms! Breakfast was fine and served in the nice restaurant. Overall a very pleasant experience. Note the Villa Romana del Casale is a short drive away, but not suitable for walking to.

Very few negative points. The person in charge of breakfast was not very attentive, so even though there were very few people taking breakfast things were not replaced when they ran out - had to ask a few times, but otherwise breakfast was nice. We had a triple room and the 3rd bed was a sofa/futon thing which wasn't the most comfortable.

het personeel van de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. hotel lag dichtg bij het centrum van het stadje. kamers waren wel erg ruim. kamers waren wel schoon.

Kamers zijn erg verouderd. Zijn niet goed onderhouden. wat jammer is. Het ontbijt was in een ruimte waar niemand van het personeel aanwezig was. het ontbijtbuffet was sober, maar voldoende. ook hier zag het er wat smoezlig uit.

Al momento del chek in ci hanno chiesto copia della prenotazione, non l'avevamo perchè eravamo in viaggio e non portiamo la stampante.- La stanza assegnata era impregnata di fumo, l'odore dava fastidio ma per una sera abbiamo sorvolato, tenendo la finestra aperta. Hifi non raggiungeva la stanza..... La mattina per colazione il capuccino ci è stato servito in un bicchiere di plastica....||||||| In compenso c'erano le tovaglie che toccava per terra!!!

En bookin aparece como 4 * el hotel tiene 3, pero le sobran todas.es como un hostal de carretera.las paredes de papel , se oye todo lo de las habitaciones de la lado: toses, cisterna...Cutre

El hotel es 4 estrellas alque le han regalado por lo menos dos, la habitacion era tan pequeña que tenia un tope la puerta para no romper la mesa de luz, el desayuno pobre y el cafe malìsimo y solo una taza pediria a mis amigos que jamas se hospedaran alli

Rustig aan het begin van de stad gelegen. Degelijk ontbijt.

Enkel Italiaans sprekend personeel. Geen restaurant in het hotel meer, maar er zijn er genoeg in het stadje.

Il correspondait à mon attente, accès, parking facile,étape d'une nuit, pour la visite de la ville et de la villa casale.

Großes geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstrück, Am Rande der Stadt gelegen. Gut zu finden.

Ritengo che 4 stelle a questo Hotel non sia appropriato, livandone un paio è più consono.
