blízko hlavního nádraží a centra, dobrá snídaně, velmi prostorný pokoj, klid a dobře odhlučněné pokoje, možnost odložit si zdarma kufry

pouze italské prgramy v TV; zašlé látkové tapety a čalounění místy špinavé; možná jsme zrovna "vyfasovali" ten horší typ pokoje, protože na internetu byly nafoceny pokoje hezčí; hlučné topení

Příjemný personál a prostředí,čistota hotelu a jeho výborná poloha v centru města ve vedlejší ulici. Navíc 5minut od nádraží Termini a všechny památky jsou dostupné pěšky bez potřeby cestování městskou dopravou.Doporučujeme

The Hotel Staff attitudes have to improve especially show helpfulness when the hotel guests asking the directions.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the main (Termini) train station and the Metro station. The staff was very helpful offering advice on local restaurants(try Cotto's) and directions to all the sights . We walked to the Coloseum in 15 minutes. Rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were large and tiled. Breakfast was very nice with assorted pastries, cereals, juices, meats, boiled eggs, etc. They even went the extra mile and called a cab to the airport for us. Location, location, location.

Good location, easy to find, helpful reception staff, good size of bedroom and room and was cleaned every day.

Breakfast staff did not speak to us at all or ask if our breakfast was ok, they basically ignored us every morning.

The hotel was located near the Termini station. This was convenient for us to catch the tour buses and public transportation. Very close to all of Rome's attractions if you don't mind walking. Breakfast was included with typical Italian pastries, juices, coffee, breads, meats, cheese, and fruits. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the end of the hallway which was a great deal smaller than our friends who stayed right next to us, but we were there to see the city, not stay in our room all day.

Near the Termini Station in 10 miniutes walk. Near the Republicca Metro station.

The staff is a little bit cool. They haven't consider our booking information. I think we need a human service instead of a robot.

Breakfast room needs renovation breakfast could be better

It was in a great location. Each morning, we enjoyed a very tasteful buffet breakfast. The room and the toilette were clean. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. One of us lost her id card and her documents in Termini and they did plenty of calls to the metro station and to our embassy to help us deal with our problem. I totally recommend it!

The hotel entrance is a little disappointing, but once you get inside, you forget all about it.

An old building with small rooms. Breakfast was not so good, it's better to have it in the restaurant.

Room had brown curtains, brown bed cover, everything seemed to be in brown. Made the room appear dark. I had a double room and it was too small for one person. I didn't like Hotel Serene very much. I wouldn't go back.
