We liked our stay at Selena and we will come back laiter. It was central, clean and good service ( we payed and get picked up at the airport, good service, we think.) We stayed in Selena from thursday to sunday morning. We did not stay much at the hotel, because we went out and looked around in Roma. |

The hotel was everything the website stated - it provided a comfortable, warm room in a location suitable for walking to all tourist locations. It met all our needs and we would stay there again. It is a short walk to Termini Railway Station, which made arriving/departing from/to the airport very easy. The breakfast is fairly extensive with a reasonable range of various foods, but only to continental breakfast standards - the traditional English or American breakfast is not provided (which we were aware of before we made our booking). |

It was walking distance from Metro and Train Stations. Also could easily walk to different sites. They were not able to extend the check out time, However they did hold our luggages. |

The bed and bedroom were clean, large and comfortable, the breakfast was adequate but lacked variation, the situation was convenient for most of the sights we had planned to see, but best of all was that the rooms were soundproofed, absolutely no noise from other guests. Being asked to pay on arrival was somewhat unusual, but understandable I suppose in view of the fact that it was remote (next door) from the hotel entrance. |

The location was very close to all transport. It is in a 3rd and 4th floor of a build. Entering the building is not very careful. Breakfast is poor and it is always the same thing. The photos on the site are favored in relation to reality. |

Hotel staff very friendly. Location just 2 minutes away from mail railway station was excellent. No complaints. Didn't try breakfast, so cannot comment on that. |

The hotel is very convenient to Termini, the main train/metro/bus station in Rome. The bathroom was updated, which was nice. The price wasn't bad, although I didn't realize there was a steep weekend cost that was very different from the weekday cost I thought I was booking for the whole trip. The breakfast was average - cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, tea/coffee/juice, toast, pastries. Several of the staff were very friendly (one man in particular helped me look up a zip code on his computer for my postcard), although one employee was rather standoffish. Overall, the experience was as I expected - a decent value, great location. The beds were not very comfortable and there was no bathroom amenities. The shower only had half a door, so we kept getting water on the floor no matter how we pointed the shower head, which was frustrating. Also, the blowdryer looked like a vacuum. Lastly, the TV was tiny and did not work very well. The picture and sound would flicker every minute or so and the remote didn't work, even after we asked the front desk to fix it. |

We were a party of twelve who stayed at the hotel prior to a cruise. first of all, I would like to comment about the staff. Rita and Giam Piero were most accommodating and assisted us in every possible way. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very professional. We encountered problems with a shuttle service, with whom I had made arrangements for transportation to the Civitavecchia dock, and Giam helped us by contacting the company who had forgotten to pick us up. Thanks to Giam we made it to the dock in time to board our ship. The location of the hotel is excellent but the staff was the primary reason we enjoyed our stay there. |

The location is very good . The reception staff was wonderful. Breakfast was better than in the other 4-stars hotel nearby in Rome. There were some small things. For example: the planning of the bathroom, where the paper was too far from the bowl and the soap was very far from the place that it's needed. |

Hotel Selene was fine. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. They took good care of our luggage while we were out touring. Be aware of 2 things: One- make sure you keep your valuables in your hand or on your body. My friend's purse was taken right out of the little alcove that serves as the lobby. When people say there are many thieves and pick pockets they are not kidding! Two- what every you do, do not take the Green Line "hop-on-hop-off" bus. They sell way too many tickets and do not have enough buses for the number of people who have paid to ride the bus. If you go toward the square where the busses stop, you will find people who want to sell you a ticket. Don"t do it. Find a way to get on the red buses- I forget what the line is called. They seem to have more buses and it is not as crowded. You will enjoy your stay in Rome much more if you heed my warnings |

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The location is also excellent. I felt, for the price that we paid, a somewhat larger room would have been in order. Other than that, it was fine. |

Position. Bidet in the bathroom (even if it is placed too close to the wall!). Just to be boring there is a lack of light in the bathroom. |

The location of the hotel was perfect, only a couple of minutes walk from Termini Station and about 15-20 minutes walk from Colosseum. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was okay, more kinds of bread would perhaps have been nice. |

Hotel Sonya is ideally located for visiting the Eternal City. Situated in the centre of Rome, it is close to Termini Railway Station and in front of the Opera House. |
Hotel Edera has a great location in a quiet area just 5 minutes' walk from the Coliseum. It is right by the Colle Oppio park and has its own garden. |
Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Railway Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants. |
Completely refurbished, elegant Augusta Lucilla Palace is housed in a restored 18th century building in a nice area close to Romes Termini station and beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore Church. |
