The location was within easy access to the bus and train station. All facilities and food (halal food too)was within walking distance. Also close by to hop on hop off bus services. The staff was very nice and helpful in providing directions and suggestions. Room was clean and comfortable for our stay.
Wi-fi service require frequent log-in, but still works for us.
Great location, walking distance to train station termini, helpful staff, good breakfast, even free room upgrade. Would go again!!!
We spent one night in Hotel Selene between our flights. That is why we were looking for hotel close to train station and not far from main tourist attractions. Hotel Selene was a great choice. Perfect localisation, very clean and with friendly staff. Typical continetal breakfast but very tasty with good variety of dishes. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely I will pick same hotel next time.
The staff at this hotel are the best. They were extremely helpful and always glad for a chat. It's close to all the major attractions and easy walking distance from the train station.
Excellent location, excellent service, metro around the corner, modern big rooms, enough for a family of four and everything is new. The staff is very helpful and speak English well. They help with tourist bookings and they have parking space, which is a premium in this area. They also have an excellent, clean, bright restaurant on the first floor.
This is my second time in Rome and if I come again, I will definitely stay here. It is 3 min walk to Termini Station, region is very safe and the hotel is very clean. Thank you for everythin Hotel Selene staff!!
Mattress was too hard
Location: next to train station, near all main attractions. Good wifi in room. Ok breakfast.
Bit overpriced, but i guess due to high season and in general Rome being expensive.
Very nice stuff Good breakfast for Italy All nice refurbished rooms
They have not refurbished the wash room... they stayed in the previous millenium... shame !!! We appreciate the ruins... but not in the hotel !!!
Everything is great. The location is close to main train station and easy to access the metro. The breakfast is very nice. The staffs are very helpful. It is a safe, clean and nice hotel. I will definitely come back again.
Right off the metro and bus terminal, so you don't have to go too far to get where you need. The friendly staff helped us out on a number of locations The whole hotel was very clean.
Very slow elevator for 4 flights of stairs Breakfast was very bad. The coffee machine poured out not only the worst coffee I had in Italy, but one of the worst coffees I've ever had. It didn't matter what type of coffee, they were all bad. The machine for toast made this HORRIBLE squealing noise. I made a point to turn it off when I was up there, but no one else seemed to do this, so the squealing would resume in a few minutes. Get a yogurt or pastry, and leave. Nearby restaurants aren't great, but that's not the hotel's fault.
Friendly staff Big, nicley decorated room Loacation near the Termini Station acceptable price in general good just for short work stay (not a vacation or Honeymoon)
-The hotel is not really a 3 Star Hotel. It's consisted of just the 3rd an 4th floor of a building without a real Lobby. -The Termini area is in general not an attractive place in Rome -The rooms in 3rd Floor are near to the restaurant and the noise of the workers and guests starts from 7 am. -The breakfast buffet is small and the restaurant smells bad. -The shower water is hard to adjust and is easly effected when somebody in other rooms uses the water. -small elevator -They charges me extra 20 euros over the booking.com price as some kind of tourism taxes!
wi-fi internet speed
the rooms were spacious and the bed was king sized. everything was very clean. the front desk staff was super helpful with every request.
the wi fi was a bit spotty.
Everything suited our needs.
The hotel was a floor (maybe two) of a building of hotels. I found this disconcerting, but everything else was fine.
Great location, spacious room and very helpful reception desk.
Staff seems to know who you are right away and, while maintaining security, gave me info on my daughter and family who were expected by me.
Needed a bit more info on how hotel details worked--key entry system, wifi, music in room.
Staff were excellent. Room really nice and modern. Excellent location.
Wifi could be a little faster but that seems to be a problem in Italy as opposed to the hotel. Maybe a little more variety in the daily breakfast. However I don't have any thing negative to say.
Good price compared to Switzerland! 10-minute walk from train station. Room was clean and provided good value for a 3 star hotel.
Breakfast starts late, particularly if you are taking an early tour. 0730 is opening and man setting up breakfast was a little snarky about me asking for a cup of coffee before then. He kept blaming the front desk clerk for telling people it opened earlier but it was just that I wanted to get going to meet my tour.
Very close to the station. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Good value, nice room, convenient location and helpful staff
The service, staff, location and stay we're all amazing.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice comfortable room and perfect location in a nice neighbourhood but close to termini station ( 5 to 7 minutes by feet)
Nice hotel Location is good
The shower water sometimes hot,but sometimes cold.
