Saknade mörkt grovt bröd till frukosten

Det var rent, heltäckningsmatta att det dämpar oväsen, ganska bekväm sängen, tyst.

Sista dagen bytte inte sängkläder. Det finns ingen bar eller ngt liknande där kan man sitta och ta en drink om man vill inte gå lägga sig meddetsamma. Det skulle vara bra med lite avkopplingsrum innan man lägger sig.

Utmärkt service vid incheckning. Kände sig riktigt välkommen.

Bra personal som var hjälpsam med det vi ville ha hjälp med. Med tanke på att det inte var mer än ett *** hotell så tyckte vi att frukosten var riktigt bra. Läget alldeles i närheten av Terministationen var helt perfekt, då dom flesta bussar osv har sin slutstation där. Så det var alltid lätt att ta sig hem från olika sevärdheter. Vi kan mycket väl tänka oss att bo på det här hotellet igen.

The hotel is very convenient to Termini, the main train/metro/bus station in Rome. The bathroom was updated, which was nice. The price wasn't bad, although I didn't realize there was a steep weekend cost that was very different from the weekday cost I thought I was booking for the whole trip. The breakfast was average - cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, tea/coffee/juice, toast, pastries. Several of the staff were very friendly (one man in particular helped me look up a zip code on his computer for my postcard), although one employee was rather standoffish. Overall, the experience was as I expected - a decent value, great location.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was no bathroom amenities. The shower only had half a door, so we kept getting water on the floor no matter how we pointed the shower head, which was frustrating. Also, the blowdryer looked like a vacuum. Lastly, the TV was tiny and did not work very well. The picture and sound would flicker every minute or so and the remote didn't work, even after we asked the front desk to fix it.

The location is very good . The reception staff was wonderful. Breakfast was better than in the other 4-stars hotel nearby in Rome.

There were some small things. For example: the planning of the bathroom, where the paper was too far from the bowl and the soap was very far from the place that it's needed.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The location is also excellent.

I felt, for the price that we paid, a somewhat larger room would have been in order. Other than that, it was fine.
