Fantastically decorated rooms. Lovely staff. Location requires a bus trip to centre of City but with Italian drivers who wants to drive?

A perfect Hotel next to the motorway exit.

A anonymous hotel next to the motorway. Breakfast was ok but not more then this.

The location is very good, and breakfast is buffet, the staff is kind, free wifi, in general very good.

The room had a smell like plastic or maybe was close for long. That was the only thing we dont like.

Free wifi, good breakfast, clean modern room, good parking, quick access off autostrade.

Front desk not manned, took a couple of minutes to get help.

Staff were friendly, food was good. Hotel rates were reasonable. Ample car parking and close to main A1 autostrada near Lake Como. Hotel is a useful stopping off point on route from UK to middle and southern Italy.

Visibility on exit from car park difficult in right hand drive (UK) cars.

We had heard the hotel was clean, modern, roomy & in a good spot, to access Lake Como, which it was, however it disappointed us in a few ways: There was no wifi in our room - hotel staff told us that our wing did not have coverage and that we would need to come to the lobby or restaurant for wifi. Their restaurant does not open till 7.30pm at night - when kids should be feed, bathed and in bed by that time. The food served in both the restaurant and room service was very ordinary for the price asked.

The reception was, just like a week ago, friendly and helpfull. It's easy to reach, has very nice ambiance in the foyer, the environment is good balance of taste and design. The restaurant is good, and if you are willing to explore, there are some beautifull little villages in the neighbourhood. Hotel Lomazzo will be my point of entry for all my travels to Italy (and my point of exit for when I'm going home) The fact that there is a a safe out of sight parking place where I could park my car is also good for a quite a lot of bonus points. I highly recommand this hotel

There was nothing not to like..

Goed doorgangshotel, kamer in orde, ontbijt voldoende uitgebreid.

Ideally located just next to A9 (to Switzerland / Lake Como area), the hotel was perfect for an overnight stay along the way. Easy to find, modern, spacious, "designer" decorated public spaces (we are close to Milan, after all), with a sports car in the lobby and large crystals on pillars. Rooms are well Ac'd, & well appointed. Reception staff friendly. Asked for joind/ nearby rooms as we were traveling with teens and was given rooms across each other as they apologised for not having connected rooms. Worked very well. Hotels seems to cater mostly for business people. Large bar with (free) finger food. Good restaurant, eclectic decor, if a bit pricy, but was welcome as nobody felt like going out to find a different restaruant. Breakfast selection good, included in the price. Good value for money. No "city tax" as quite a distance from Milan. Overheard people say one could drive in for a day's sightseeing but tricky where to park. Car park in own premises, safe. Otherwise, hotel is good for countryside exploration. Would defenitely recomend. & will be using again when driving around that area of Italy again.

We were quite happy with everything. Perhaps in the future the hotel could build a swimming pool, would be great to cool down.

The room is spacy and clean location is perfect to me since it is right on my way to south france(just beside the highway). It is a good choice for stop over with such good price.

Staff is not very friendly and I have ringed the bell 3 times and then he showed up with impaticence on his face. Wifi is not working in the room without coverage and you have to go to lobby to receive wifi(not matching hotel description). The room is full of cheap perfume smell. Breakfast is so so(but cannot complain due to price)

Restaurant is not good - Food is acceptable ( nothing special but OK ) - Service is poor I have been there several year ago, and the quality has decrease significantly.

Generally a good hotel for what we were looking for: a stopover hotel on our way home.

Receptionists were very helpful but the restaurant was not satisfactory. The restaurant manager has a very arrogate attitude which the friendliness of the staff doesn't compensate. The food is a poor example of what the Italian cuisine is and greatly overpriced. Cheap room but expensive food.

Though extended buffet (breakfast) follow up missing items slow. For at least 20 minutes coffee was missing (machibe ran out of water), bread missing, milk missing. After 20 minutes they filled up. Coffee was not real Italian coffee but came from a powder machine

Near autoroute, perfect for travelers like we were doining as a stop between source and destination location. not a hotel to stay multiple days

dinner to expensive for what you get, to long waiting ( even after multiple sings) on the table before they presented the card/menu (Not only for us but also other guests. Once ordered it was fine.
