The location of this hotel is superb as it is literally 2 minutes from the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence and also very close to all major museums and other attractions that this fantastic city has to offer! The staff was also very nice and helpful!!!! Much needs to be desired as far as overall room comfort is concerned. Triples were very small and and outdated plus extremely hot as no air conditioning was functioning. Things like soft pillows were non-existent! Computer for guest did not function which makes no sense and the hotel appeared not to be inclined to correct this. |

The location is excellent. Although the webpage says parking is 15€ extra at the weekends it's 23€. This should be made clear. |

Hotel is very close to train station. Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel room is comfortable, well decorated with nice bathroom. Wireless and excellent internet is available but at cost( 7 EUR/24 hrs). |

The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English (and were happy to). The rooms were clean, an acceptable size and had a/c that worked. It was close enough to the main attractions to walk. I would stay here again. |
