Great location and most helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Hope to return soon?
There was a humming noise in email 201
Proximity to bus and train station. Close to lots of restaurants. Hotel was very quiet.
Rooms extremely small but very functional and had everything we needed. If you are a large person you will not fit in the shower.
cleanleness of the rooms, bed greeat size and very comfortable, wifi always available and simple to connect, staff very friendly.
Breakfest was a bit hit and miss in regard to the size of the room, if you are more than two people it could be a little difficult to ge seated together, typical cold buffet contential style breakfeast which was constantly replemished by a very helpful young lady
We were with another couple, and we all were very happy with everything!!! The breakfasts were very good, with great variety, The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. We could walk to all the sites we wished to visit, which was a real plus.
Can't think of anything,,,,,,
Central location giving easy access to all historical sites. Friendly and very helpful staff. Overall excellent standards of cleanliness.
The hotel is in a good location. Close to the main railway station, but not to close. It is also within walking distance of the main attractions and shops. The staff are friendly and try to help when ever possible. The hotel was very welcoming and the reception had a homely feel to it.
The breakfast room was small and a bit like a works canteen although what was offered was nice. It was the only time the hotel it lost it's personal touch.
Breakfast was great.
Amazing location, easy walking distance from train station and from all the tourist sights! Really beautiful hotel, great free breakdast, great staff, awesome experience!!!
Everything was great, can't complain!
Close from s.m.n station,conad Service was perfect~!!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was outstanding. The two "relax" areas near the reception were very comfortable, nicely decorated, cosy and a nice touch. I liked the area - it has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and market stalls nearby. It is a short walking distance to the Fortezza de Basso congres centre. It is also walking distance to many of the sites, especially the cathedral. It is a very short walk to the train station/bus station (where you can get a bus for 6 € or taxi for 20 € to Florence airport).
Arrived early and the Staff was very helpful in getting us checked into rooms early Staff was very helpful with everything, directions, Restaurant Recommendations and even getting extra littl items we requested for the room during our stay. Also noticed how helpful the staff was with other visitors to the Hotel Location to the Train Station was great and their directions made our trek from the Station easy Location to access all parts of the Center City was great
I was charged 15 euro a night xtra since they we 2 of us in the room. I have rented rooms in Italy before and never ran into this "law" of charging by the guest.
The staff was very kind and helpful and were prompt in responding kindly to our requests and needs. We stayed in two different days,. In the first we arrived nearly midnight and it was great to have the staff prioving us with a warm drink and something to eat. In the last day we left the hptel at 4 p.m. and again the staff was very kind in providing us something to drink and eat before leaving. They were attentive, responsive and efficient in answering all other requests (luggage storage, printing boarding passes). The breakfast was nice. Although with moderate variety there was good quality and a very bright breakfast room. One of our rooms was really good. The hotel was nive and had a small living room at the entrance where we could rest a while when arriving (earlier than cjeck in time). We strongly recommend.Good price for value. Very close to the train station and the market where delicious food can be experimented and bought.
we stayed in budget rooms. In our last night the room was great and impecably clear. In the first night the room was somehow small and the bed was touching the wall on one side, which was not very convenient. The air conditioning was not working and the air cleaning exits had a lot of dirt attached which was unhealthy. The same did not happened in our second stay in another day. we did not know we had to pay city taxes (there was no information on booking and we payed another 6 euros for each night. Travellers should count on that
Very strategic location! Close to train station, restaurants and San Lorenzo market!
Small shower area and the towels look old with yellow stains. Hope the management can replace those old towels.
helpful staff (helped with dinner reservations, held luggage, and by chance let us check in early because room was ready); convenient location; firm, comfortable beds; good Wi-Fi; good AC; big breakfast; really enjoyed our 2 night stay in late August. The room was small and the bathroom was a bit dated, but who cares? You're in Florence! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Location is great and very central The rooms are very clean which is important
My room was extremely dark Breakfast wasn't very good The staff isn't the nicest I have come across in a hotel Value for money is poor. I have stayed in much better hotels with much nicer rooms for that price
Staff made the stay very friendly and comfortable.
The location of this hotel is good. Firenze SML station is about 7 min. by walk, and also SITA bus station is 10 min. away.
The staff guy of the reception was not kind at all. I was wating for the train time at the lobby after check-out, and he asked me what time I'll leave again and again, and he told me he has to go somewhere so let me out from the lobby. The room was quite old and shabby for the money, I think.
staff were very helpful, always smiling, location was great, breakfast was great, clean environment, engaging staff, although our visit was short 3 days I was able to see all that I wanted with the help of staff assistance. they were the most helpful.
Location Staff very accommodating Cleanliness Breakfast Convenient to restaurants
Lack of shelf space in the bathroom.
Staff were helpful and pleasant beyond the normal call.
Noise and very dirty.
Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely room with a little balcony overlooking a restaurant courtyard, very clean
actually we didn´ t stay in this hotel, because , something happened with pipe in our room. Personal was very helpful, they organized another hotel.
Friendliest staff encountered in our entire Europe trip! Room was spacious and clean, excellent wifi reception in the room, good breakfast service and very conveniently located. Highly recommended!!
Bed bugs! - my wife woke up with bed bug bites the next morning (probably came from spare pillow in the cupboard?).
