Great location, near to trains station and very close to down town, perfect if you want to enjoy museums and shops. Good breakfast and clean room. We would reccomend to our friends for short stay in Florence. The bed. |

The hotel is settled in a really convinient place, nearby the train and bus station. It was really clean and the staff very helpfull and kind. |

The Romanian gentleman in the breakfast room went out of his way each day to please us and speak to us in English. Excellent service staff. The woman receptionist helped us confirm our tour and book another tour. This was helpful and she was very pleasant to us. Our room was opposite the breakfast room so we were awakened each morning at 6:30 for the set up of breakfast and the coming and going of guests until breakfast finished. |

Hotel staff is very friendly,especially at reception desk. They are ready to propose to the guest Florence museums and churches you have to visit as well as good restaurants. Space in breakfast room is very limited,convenient for kids,not for adults. Generally there is a problem with parking,hotel has only few places in public garage with acceptable price. |

The localization is excellent, near the train station and in the centre of the historic centre of the town. The room was confortable, the street is a little bit noisy but it doesn't affect because the windows have double glasses. The lady in the reception is very kind and helpful. |

Great location, really close to the station (few minutes walk) and some fantastic restaurants including a gem of a pizza place and two gelato places on the corner. We stayed on the top floor in a twin room and double room, the twin room was small with a huge bathroom and the double room was reasonable with a small bathroom. All beds very comfortable and rooms were airconditioned with safes. The showers don't drain straight away, so if you're not first you will stand in the last persons water and risk and overflow. The breakfast is really really average and not always open on time, started at 730am whereas 7am would be more convenient and perhaps stop the line up of people waiting. If i could do it again i wouldn't pay for the breakfast and would grab something from the nearby supermarket or one of the cafe's. |

The location of the hotel is good & very close to the train terminal station 1) Air condition of the room is very noisy. 2) The follow up service was not good enough - when we checked in the room, we noted the light on the wall kept blinking continuously and the table lamp did not work, we reported it immediately to the reception but they didn't bother fixing it for three days of our stay. |

The location of the Hotel was ideal for us as it was central to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. The parking was also important to us. Our only complaint was out of the four rooms we booked, one of them had that horrible cigarette smell. |
