离火车站近，服务不错，价格公道

地理位置很方便，尤其是要做火车或者去The mall的朋友，在这里到火车站和汽车站只需要5分钟左右，非常便利，工作人员很友好。

早餐有点简单。

店员非常热情，帮助我们很多忙

交通非常便利，步行到火车站不用5分钟，酒店位置很好找，逛累了可以随时回房休息。早餐好。Abt. 5 minutes walk to the train station, easy to find the hotel, convinient shopping and tour, breakfast is good.

价格稍微有一点贵。

Great location, walking distance from everything

Bathroom needed updating, very old and poorly maintained. Room smelt very strong of cheap cleaning fluid! Hotel is next to a building site which was incredibly noisy during the day and very dusty

Great breakfast, good shower and location was handy for train station.

Lady behind the desk was rude when we asked for advice on where the car hire places were she chucked a map at us and said she didn't know. When given our room we went to it only to find it wasn't cleaned from when the last people left.

We were grateful for the services of the staff --- ALL of whom were kind, courteous, gracious and efficient. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, charming decor and lovely tiled bath, view out the windows, fine breakfasts and convenient location.

Close to the train station

No air condition until after May 1 even when the temperature was 85. We were forced to keep the window open,problem since the hotel is surrounded by bars, Very noisy on the 4 th floor with all the motor bikes and bar noise until 3:30 am.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Recommend people pay more and stay away from the train station it is to noisey. The room was average. We booked a double room only to be greeted by 2 singles not great when you are on a 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel promised to change the beds the next day for a double, all they did was put the 2 singles together. The breakfast was average and service poor.

Staff were friendly, very helpful and location of the hotel was ideal for visiting Florence. Rooms were clean and tidy, good for the money. Breakfast was great. Was a great choice. No problem with our infant.

Refrigerator did not get cold. Power went out, No hot water 1 day. But after complaining, I was compensated on price.
