The shuttle service was great, leaving at 5:00 in the morning for our early flight. Not too close to the airport. Reasonable restaurant on premises. Great service in both. More expensive than comparable hotels in Venice and Florence because of proximity to airport. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to find to find a solution for a problem I experienced. Excellent bus service to Malpensa airport that was right on time for my early morning flight. Bed and pillow could have been much more comfortable. TV was fairly small and wireless internet connection was weak and therefore slow although they did not charge for the hour of access that I required so that was good. |

Very good restraurant attached to hotel - definately recommended. Family run and staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent recommendation for airport parking (travel parking) which was efficient and easy to find. Rather shabby and old fashioned...noise from road outside intrusive during sleeping hours. Cost on a par with other local hotels (novotel etc) and probably not as good in terms of room decor etc. |

Room was nice and the staff was friendly. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed. Happened to be a Monday and that is when they are closed. They did, however, recommend another to go to and it was very good. |

Proximity to Airport. The room was clean and restaurant was very good. Hotel Staff was very friendly. The Loft we were given was very noisy, shower was extremely small and our wake up call was one hour late. For the room we were given, the lighting was very poor and the cost was far too expensive. |

Very nice peoplef, excellent breakfast and the bathrooms are better than the sleeping quarter! That they picked us up from the airport and delivered us next morning and that it was even free, was the real strength of the hotel. Just the noise; triple windows would make it an A -1 hotel. If one booked a room there for a good night sleep, It wasn't. |

Pleasant and helpful personnel, beautiful surroundings. The Sempione restaurant was closed (Sunday) but staff recommended the Pista Restaurant a few steps down the road, which turned out to be excellent. On your site, one traveller says the shower was too small. the shower in my single room was standard size, I found it comfortable, safe and easy to use. |

Ystävällinen ja palveleva henkilökunta. Hotellin tarjoama bussi hotellin ja lentokentän välillä toimi erinomaisesti. Toimiva ratkaisu budjettimatkailussa. Vuokra-autolla ja jopa gps:n avustuksella hotelli oli vaikea löytää. Vastaavia katuosoitteita löytyy Milanosta useita, joten hotellin alue kannattaa ottaa tarkasti ylös. Saapuessani hotellille klo 14 maissa hotelli näytti olevan kiinni, niinkuin osittain onkin. Ko. aikaan respa ja ravintola on kiinni. Hotellin sisäpihalta löytyy kyllä ovi, joka on auki. Ehkä tuurilla satuin törmäämään pariin nuoreen kaveriin, jotka huonolla englannilla varustettuna onnistuivat kuitenkin respasta soittamaan jollekin englannin kielen taitoiselle ja sain netin kautta varaamani huoneen itselleni. Läheinen katu on vilkkaasti liikennöity ja huoneisiin saattaa kuulua liikenteen meteliä. Huoneeni ikkunat olivat tien suuntaa ja liikenteen melu oli siedettävää. Itse olen kuitenkin helposti nukahtavaa sorttia, en suosittele hotellia herkkäuniselle (ainakaan huonetta, jonka ikkunat ovat tien suuntaan). |

Очень гостепреимный персонал, удобное расположение относительно аэропорта Мальпенса, хотя и не совсем радом - мин. 10-15 на автомобиле. Бесплатный шатлл в/из Мальпенса. Неплохой ресторан. |
