Staff and personally Director / Manager was the best!!

Understood, this is not four-star nor do they claim to be. We Inadvertently found them when other hotels close to Malpensa where booked. However, once we met the staff we found them to be charming and accommodating. Their adjoining restaurant, filled with locals, again surprised us with regional food and wine. Shuttle delivered us to the airport on time.

The room which was well suited to disabled persons was on the ground floor as requested and was tucked away in a quiet part of the hotel. It was clean, warm and with a large bathroom. Small tv but it worked well. The hotel has a restaurant which on my arrival was packed - the food looked good. Staff service was very friendly and helpful with good English. The pizzas were wonderful!! Overall, it was a great choice to stay. The parking area opposite was fine. I have a big Subaru Legacy and the parking space I found was more than big enough. Some spaces were tight but there was plenty of choice so no problem.

Can´t say I can find anything to dislike.

We had dinner and were visiting Italy for the first time. We weren't told about the extra cost of cutlery and bread-which we did not eat! Until when it was time to make payment. They took the wrong order for one of us and made her pay for their mistake. I didn't think that was fair. The hotel was very basic. Pictures you see online is exactly what it is. Breskfast was nothing fantastic, same things, very basic.

It has a room for five+ persons. The owner is very nice. No surprises, when you book it from booking.com you know exactly what you are going to get (this is not true when looking at the hotel's website)

The rooms are very poor. Lots of noise from the trains (100 meters) and trucks and airplanes. No elevator!!!. The corridor lights are off by default - you have to manually turn them on after you climb the second floor. Small tv (crt). Very small parking place.

It was a basic hotel wth free transportation to and from the airport and a continental breakfast, so we didn't expect much. We were wonderfully surprised and pleased that the kitchen is extraordinary. The dinner menu is extensive and the best we had in Italy. Delightful and friendly staff made our visit one we'll remember. We recommend it to those wanting a hotel close to the airport with excellent service and food prior to flying home.

Wish there had been an elevator - our bags seemed to get heavier as the trip progressed.

I had a perfect stay and the staff is VERY friendly and the service is perfect. They also have a perfect shuttel service for the airport/station. Very nice restaurant. I had a pizza and it was GOOOOD.

Cuando contraté los sevicios del hotel incluia el desayuno a partir de las 4 am y cuando fui a desayunar no habia nada y me dijo el chofer que era a partir de las 6 am me fui sin desayunarno volveré a pasar por ese hotel

Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain

Nettes kleines Hotel in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Free Shuttle Bus Service hat perfekt spät am Abend funktioniert, ein Anruf nach der Landung genügte. Hauseigene Pizzeria bis 0.00 geöffnet, haben lecker Pizza und Hauswein serviert bekommen. Sehr nett, und das so spät am Abend.

Erg moeilijk te vinden in een land waar maar zeer weinig mensen Engels spreken.

Hôtel d'étape pour nos vacances en Italie. Tarifs sympa et le restaurant est très bien (les pizzas sont délicieuses). La chambre qui nous était attribuée était vaste avec pièce séparée pour les enfants. C'est la seconde année que nous nous y arrêtons et nous sommes toujours très satisfaits. L'hôtel accepte les petits chiens (sauf au resto) sans supplément. Le directeur aime prendre soin de ses clients.

L'insonnorisation est juste surtout à cause de la proximité de l'aéroport et d'une route à grande circulation devant. L'éclairage était insuffisant dans la salle de bains.

Personnel aimable ( Réception, chauffeurs pour le transfert, serveurs). J'ai été satisfait ainsi que mes 29 élèves e mes accompagnateurs. Je recommande cet hôtel pas loin de l'aéroport malpensa.
