The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position right in the heart of the old town, just a 2 minute walk from all the sites. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. Ideal for a couple wanting to spend their day exploring!
the wifi didn't work in my room
Room had a small balcony where we could sit outside in the early evening for some drinks
Small TV. However there wasn't much, if anything, in English so it didn't really matter.
Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help.
breakfast was disappointing
Poor wifi Hair dryer is absent
The location...few steps are what you need to reach the minimetrò that can bring you to the train station or to the main road of the city centre. You can also decide to walk and in less than 5 minutes you are at the main square of Perugia. Excellent location!
location, strong wifi signal, staff
bed extremely hard
Great location, friendly staff who speak good English. The room was lovely, with a good view, really clean. Towels and bedding as good as any hotel. If you are parking a car at the weekend, there is a free car park very close, at Santa Anna, where there is an escalator close by.
Near to metro station pinceto andvery close to histori centre of perugia
Best location for sightseens.
Located in a closed zone. I could not went through with my car (probably something like Nissan Micra would be ok) - so had to leave it on a parking 1 km from the hotel.
perfect location you can reach the center on foot staff is really nice and friendly
poor breakfast not fear for the money very small rooms
Very good location and supernice staff! Breakfast was also alright with the normal Italian things..
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spacious and had a superb view over the rooftops of the town towards Assisi in the distance. The guesthouse is located within easy reach of the all the towns attractions and public transport facilities. Great value for mponey!
Everything was fine!
very friendly and helpfull people, trying their best to speak a word or 2 English, but that's hard to find in Italy
parking spot is a walk if you're not Lucky, but then again, the walks there are very cosy
Th position of the hotel was great, very close to centre of town and great for sight seeing.
Both our room and bathroom were very small although nicely decorated but parking was a nightmare and not close by as stated nor was it secure.
Great location, decent price, nice to sit on the balcony in the evening
very close to downtown
a bit far from the train station
Location- it's in a very nice part of the old town, quite simply reach from train stacion- take minimetro, Frienly staff, nice rooms.
breakfast could be with a drop of fantasy, not so ordinary.
Great location, and really helpful and friendly reception. Easy wifi and charming little street. Basic and rather gloomy room but clean and adequate.
Perfect location, friendly staff and dog friendly. Very recommendable.
This is an old fashioned hotel with a great staff. The rooms are clean and personnel very eager to help. If you like "local color" this place is wonderful and very close to all historical spots. Mini Metro is right down the street with quick access to the Perugia train station. Breakfast is very accomodating.
The rooms are small but the amenities are good.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the city centre, but in quiet small street.
Good situation in historical center. Quiet. Clean. Nice old building.
Before 2 days of our arrival the hotel blocked 50 euros (the cost of 1 night) on our credit card. During check-in we asked the receptionist to complete the transaction and take that blocked money as the payment. He said: sure, no problem. But during check-out thete was another man on the reception, who refused to do it and said that it's absolutely impossible. So we had to pay full amount, and that 50 euros remained blocked.
