Nice room bed very comfortable bed with good cotton sheets and bedside reading lights We were luckey enough to be given a room with a small balconey The hotel is very near free parking site. You will need to accept that its a clmb up to the centre Despite being in a quite and nice location any noise on the streets bounces around You still need ear plugs for a good nights sleep Peraps the rooms at the back areless noisey

Great location - only a short walk to the main piazza. The staff were reasonably helpful and friendly. Good to have buffet breakfast. First of all we had booked a twin room, requesting two beds, but they had mixed it up and given us a double bed, this took a while to resolve but not a big issue. The room was very small, there was barely any room to fit our suitcases and the beds weren't very comfortable. Furnishings were a bit old and tired but all amenities were there. Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. We hired a laptop computer for the day but the internet connection in our room hardly worked.

Stayed 3 nights at Sant Ercolana - a comfortable stay, basic clean room with ensuite bathroom. The decor and fit out are a little 70's, but the room is adequate. Location was quiet and the room was spacious. Some rooms have a balcony (I imagine these are more expensive though). Breakfast not included in nightly rate but can be purchased for 6 euros per person. Location is great - right in the centre of the historic town about 2 mins from Piazza Italia and 4 mins to the Piazza Novembre and the Fontana Maggiore. It's not the Ritz and is definatley a budget hotel, but the location is great and it offered all that we needed.

The hotel is close to the main part of the historic area of Perugia, and easy to get to from the Mini Metro in an almost flat fashion (remember Perugia is on a steep hill). The staff were wonderful and helped us sort out our onward rail bookings. Our room was clean and fresh, with a little balcony with flower boxes (view of back of next buildings). There were lots of places to eat nearby, the bus and train stations were easy to get to and we could walk everywhere in the old part of town easily. It was quiet as well. No lift! But we got helped with our suitcases. The bathroom could do with refreshing but was clean and adequate. Breakfast was ok but not lavish.

Room was simple, clean and large. There were two full size beds in a double room and with a balcony. I could get hot and sufficient water in shower. Hotel is located in a few minutes walk from the last station of MiniMetro which is the best way from the FS station of Perugia, and the lift to upper central area, and not far from the bus terminal, too.

The location was ok. The room was not in the best condition (and even not the one I booked before). The hotel noisy (a group of student doing party till late). The staff started to drill at 8am to fix something. Afterwards no electricity. No privacy at all. And on top of this the staff at the reception replaced my id card cover with a hotel branded one -.-

The staff is very kind and the location is good to visit the town. The hotel needs some renovation (!) but it's clean. In the end it's good enough for what you pay!

Siamo stati molto bene!

“The location is really good. Just few minutes walk to historic center or bus center, from where you could go to assisi, etc. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bathroom is not big but has everything. Free wifi. I should say the staff are very nice. One of them made several phone calls to track our lost luggage on the train. I actually felt very suprised as we have not met many ppl who'd love to help others and this helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!” Lingling, Sydney |
