Nice breakfast for the budget stay. Friendly service, and helpful too. Nice location but only if you already know the city as the small street names are not well indicated. Short bus ride from the train station, right in the historic center. Website said hotel had internet at the lobby, this was not true. They had no wifi, and the only cable was for their own computer. A disappointment in that aspect. |

Steps from city center in a medieval conclave of buildings. Bedroom held bed and 2 large dressers. Management teriffic. Free parking available. Once we found our way through the maze of alleys and Perguia's one way streets, it was very easy to find and get around, so the location was excellent. Bathroom miniscule but doable for the time spent in bath. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bed was excellent. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the minimetro, bus plaza and city centre. The staff were very helpful and obliging. Ongoing roadworks were a minor problem but they should be finished soon. The hotel advertises free wired internet but it is only available on their one computer behind the check-in desk that is used for their business. Wi-Fi would be a great help. |

the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice was excellent. Location wonderfully convenient and really very moderately priced---excellent value for money. just one suggestion---possibly a computer in the lobby for guests to use---would be super but certainly not necessary. |

WE visited Assisi, Spello and enjoyed Perugia. The mini metro was close, quick to train station, a great asset, practicaly outside our door. We slept great and felt like part of the neighborhood. Great shopping and strolling piazza, everything within easy walking distance of the S. Ercolano. Dark hallways, lighting available but the intial walk in was dark. |

Close to centre via escalators (they were not described to us). Close to bus station. Due to road works taxi access was v. difficult. We didn't realise there was no lift and the reception hours were inconvenient with an 8am departure. Our room was smaller and more cramped than the single room next door which should have had 2 beds. Noisy guests. |

The staff was very helpful No one was there to tell other guests to be quiet. They were going in and out all night until 5am. The walls are thin so we could not sleep. |

zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, für Stadtbesichtigungen optimal; Personal ist sehr bemüht sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto, schlechte und teure Parkmöglichkeiten, die weit entfernt sind. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, Sauberkeit und Badeinrichtung eher mäßig. Von drei Hotels, in denen wir in Italien übernachtet haben, definitiv das schlechteste und teuerste. |

Lo mejor del hotel es que esta muy bien situado. La habitacion estaba muy poco ventilada. En el cuarto de baño había unas toallas que parecían "servilletas" y no secaban muy bien. Falla un poco en las instalaciones. |

Il personale veramente gradevole ci hanno consegnato le camere prima del previsto, molto amichevoli, anche se troppo fiscali con le carte di credito La stanza non era bruttissima, ma assolutamente rumorosissima, oltre alla fastidiosissima ventola del bagno c'erano dei piccoli rumori 24h su 24h ho dovuto mettere I tappi. Grazie al cielo ho dormito lì una sola notte! |

la disponibilità del personale nell'offrire indicazioni per raggiungere l'hotel in auto e consentire la sosta in zona a traffico limitato. Il caldo degli ambienti nonostate il freddo esterno. Il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. la difficioltà a raggiungerlo con le indicazioni fornite da Booking. L'assenza di bidet. La scarsa cura degli arredi (porta con fori causati dal termosifone, comodini senza maniglie). Il rifacimento molto rumoroso delle stanze al piano alle ore 9.00 |

ミニメトロの改札を出て、ほんの数分右方向へ歩くとホテルがあります。静かな場所にあります。 体験談の中にバスタブがあったと書かれていたのでバスタブ付きの部屋を希望したら、シングルの部屋はシャワ- ーだけしかないそうです。バスタブ付きは三人利用以上の部屋だそうです。エレベーターがありません。 |

La gentilezza dello staff, pulizia dignitosa Nonostante la gentilezza i servizi sono ridotti all'osso, la struttura e gli arredi sono vecchiotti,la colazione non e' compresa (e per 5 euro a persona e' meglio farla nel migliore bar del centro). |
