Good hotel, clean and with everything adequate for a 3 star. I got a very good deal for quality/price. Location is good for its connections and restaurants but not exactly a clean neighborhood... The elevator was broken, and my room was on the 4th floor. Hotel placed in a lively but kind of "ghetto" neighborhood |

The hotel was located near the Termini Train station which suited us very much. Not far from other touristic locations. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The rooms are a little bit small. But we there only to sleep. On arrival the TV and phone did not work, but were quickly fixed when we alerted the Reception of the fault. |

Very pleasant hotel. The location- so near the railway station is very convenient for travel. Great for a short stay. The station area is not always the best but the hotel is also in fairly easy walking distance to so many places. The room was very comfortable and quiet on the internal side of the hotel. The breakfast was good. |

The hotel was very clean, has a good location near to the main train station and the breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was usually a long queue for breakfast because the dining room is not big enough. |

I appreciate friendly and willing personnel. My singl room was clean and tidy, but very small. The size of the room and and of the bathroom was more or less the same. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was very central. The breakfast was too small. If everybody arrived at the same time there was not enough room for everybody to be seated. |

The hotel is situated in a very strategic area. Close to Termini Station (train to/from Fiumicino airport), Termini Bus Station andTermini Metro Station (junction of Metro Line A and B). 15 minutes walking from Coliseum and the area has a lot of restaurants. Room was very clean and causy and bathroom as well. Hotel staff were really really kind and friendly. 100% recommended!!!!!!! The price was a little bit high the week we stayed there (end of october). Two weeks later the price was almost the half so I guess the price varies considerably depending on the season or week. But even for the price we paid it is worth. Clean, new rooms, friendly staff, situation and "fair" price. Difficult to find something like that in Rome. |

Very friendly staff, room spotlessly clean and a very good breakfast included. Hotel is well placed for the station and is not too far from the sights and attractions. It would be better if there was a hotel bar but as there are plenty nearby to choose from, that is not much of an issue. |

Reception staff was really polite and helpful , the location was perfect ,practically next to termini station. The room was very clean, change of towels every day and recently renovated. The room was very small. Crowded and noisy breakfast room. Old elevator, didn't work if all doors were not closed (this is a bit of a problem if you stay on the fifth floor). Overall , 130 euros per night is too much. |

The hotel was close to the bus and train station. I did not feel very safe in the neighborhood that the hotel was located in. |

It was close to the train station where we were able to catch the express train to the airport the next morning. Not in the nicest part of Rome. Very noisy. Also the "lift" at the hotel was very undependable. Most of the time it was not working and we had to use the stairs. |

The Staff and in particular Marco were very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was very good. The rooms very clean and fresh linens left in the room each day. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Rome. It was a little gem! |

The room and facilities were comfortable, clean and adequately sized for our one night stay and had a lift for ready access to the floor level. There are no tea/coffee making facilities avaiable in the hotel except at breakfast. |

The location was good; near Sta. Maria Maggiore, Termini Train Station, and Via Cavour. Marco the front desk manager/hotel manager(?) is a gem of a gentleman. He took time with all guests who needed help, to assist with a genuine sense of servitude and sincere enthusiasm. Grazie Marco! Nice small restaurant down the street and also a handy and very clean 'market' with a good selection of fresh pastries, water, soft drinks and a friendly staff. Next door to a 'sex shop' and not far from what looks like a "Red light district." If guests stay away from the 'wrong side of the tracks' there is a sense of safety. |

The room felt small but the bathroom was very adequate. The location was very good for site seeing in Rome. The breakfast was the typical Italian breakfast which is what I expected. I thought the price for the room was expensive over 200 dollars Canadian a night. However, I also realize rooms at 3 star hotels in Rome are in this price range. |

Very well appointed and exceptionally clean and tidy. The center of Rome was never going to be quiet or cheap but this hotel was perfect for our overnight stay before our train journey the next day. Restaurants nearby and the unique feature was the central lift - just like a feature from the 1920's! (Don't forget to close the doors [all of them] after you or else others won't be able to use it!). Station is within easy reach. |

The location is really good and very near the Roma Termini. The breakfast is good too. No free internet service. The air-conditioning is not strong enough. |
