Wi FI is very weak. need to improve in this area to satisfy more your customer
The location, the efficient staff and facilities.
This time I travelled alone and was disappointed in the size of the single rooms
I Iiked the location: it was very close at the termini location and at the buses (2 minutes distance). Alhough it washard to find at the start, it was located at a road full of restaurants which was good because there were people all the time and at the same time it wasn't noisy! It was also VERYYYYYY CLEAN!!
The breakfast was very poor and the cappuccino maschine sacked!
Very close to Termini station and in walking distance to most places of interest. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
No WiFi most of the day. The street is noisy because the restaurants put heir dining tables outside. The cooler in the room was of very poor quality, I could not keep a bottle of water cool which is a problem during the hot summer months.
Nice location, very close to train station. The service was very good. The room was clean.
The internet connection is poor. Lost signal so many times.
location, size of the room is very adequate
Good variant to spend several nights for reasonable price. The main thing that there is a lift in a hotel as after shopping your suitcase can be too heavy. nice staff. Usual for Rome breakfast.
Problems with wifi in the room.
internet connection is REALLY bad
Staff very rude and unhelpful. Given 2 single rooms instead of double that had been booked and paid for. Meant family members were separated. Manager refusedto speak to me. Single rooms tiny, furniture damaged, unpleasant odor.
Best location and one of te best in the área at that price level
Wifi didnt work.
the position is good, closed to the termini station. the breakfast is also various. there are many restaurants around the hotel, especially on the opposite of the hotel, the pasta is very nice.
the WIFI is not stable, suggestions for improvement
So close to Roma Termini station with friendly staff.
My single room was slightly too small, leaving little space for turning, although the ensuite section had space enough.
location close to station Good sized bedroom Good sized bathroom Nice view down onto street below
Shower doors did not prevent water flooding bathroom No kettle with complimentary tea or coffee breakfast limited and breakfast room staff bad tempered
Not quite place and elevator so bad and no room service
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent.
Nothing in particular. All seemed to be quite satisfactory.
Excellent location - near Rome Termini, metro, buses. Elevator. NO STEPS!! Yay! Comedian for a concierge Big room, big bathroom. Very clean except for one dying baby roach in the bathtub...looks like the exterminator did that.
Wifi -- would get signal, then it would go away, back and forth.
Location, very pleasant staff and ambience.
Tiny bed, even for slim single woman
Close to termini and visiting places.Helpful staff. Clean.
The smell from the restaurants. The breakfast could be richer.
Location was great.Great restaurant Right across the street.
I booked a smoking room, but when I arrived I was told they do not have smoking rooms. Booking.com needs to update info.
Conveniently located near Roma Termini railway station on a very nice street. Facilities are good, rooms have hair-dryers and refrigerators. Breakfast was not bad.
Single room is very tiny. Only two power sockets that are not very conveniently located. Wi-Fi quality was terrible, was unable to check mail on my iPhone at all, and on my computer the connection was unstable. Staff was not very friendly, they have pre-authorized my card but instead of using the blocked money they charged the card second time when I was paying for my stay (so the pre-authorized amount stayed blocked on my card and I had to contact my bank to unblock it).
The staff in general was wonderful and extremely helpful. Marco was amazing and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed in Rome. Thank you, Marco!!! Breakfast was great. Location amazing! It is close to Termini, which is always a plus. I will recommend this hotel and will come back to it on my next visit to Rome, :)
The location of the hotel and the ease of travelling around.
The neighbourhood was not so good. Come out of the hotel and you need to go someplace else as so many shady people around.
clean, good location
breakfasts! not enough space for all guests, every day same problems with lack of food / cups / table / chairs and to make it worse - rude staff (except for 1 nice lady); wifi often stops working some broken parts in the room (like electrical socket, partially destroyed wallpaper)
Wifi.. does not work Airconditioning... requires a switch to be turned on from inside of the room
Easy walk to Termini - but in a very sleazy area.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. Had booked double room to share with my daughter 3 months earlier. We were meeting for a reunion (we live in different countries), and looking forward to catching up.We were travelling with a group and the hotel room was the only place where we would be alone. Instead of the double room they gave us single rooms on different floors. They were very small, uncomfortable and had an unpleasant odor. Some furniture was damaged. Asked to speak to manager but she refused to speak to me. Asked them to call the tour booking agency but they refused. Man at front desk made very rude comments about me wanting to share a room with my daughter. Additionally, one of the bedrooms wasn't cleaned or bedding changed on second day. First time we asked them to call a taxi for us they just gave us the number and told us to call ourselves. Very disappointing experience!
