A szálloda központi fekvése (Termini pu. 3 perc). Szoba tisztasága, naponta törölközőcsere. Igényesen kialakított szállodabelső. Bőséges reggeli. Eléggé kis méretű szoba (207-es), a fürdőszobában csatornaszag, a zuhanyfülke ajtaja nem záródott. Zajos környék. Bankszámlámról zárolták az első éjszaka árát, amit még nem utaltak vissza egy hét múlva sem, pedig 3 nap után ígérték. |

Ár/értékarányt tekintve abszolúlt megéri az árát, könnyen meg lehet közelíteni gyalogosan a Terminitől, sőt a látványosságokat is könnyen el lehet érni tömegközlekedés nélkül is.Mindeképpen ajánlom mások számára is! |

Tökéletesen elégedettek voltunk a szállással, a hotel épület teljesen felújított, modern fürdőszoba, a központi pályaudvartól 5 perc sétára. Nem volt gond, hogy csak éjfélkor tudtunk bejelentkezni, és bár beszélek olaszul, de angolul is tudtunk volna boldogulni ha kellett volna. |

Very close to Termini Station (4 minutes walking). Most of the stuff really polite and helpfull. -Elevator: you have to open/close 3 doors in order to enter/exit the elevator. If someone leaves a door open even for an inch, then the elevator is shown as busy and you have to climb to your floor by stairs (5 floors at the hotel) |

near to station and easyfor city sight seeing lift ( elevator) is horrible. its not automatic. it does not stop which ever floor you are. we have to start climb all the floors if you r in 4th or 5 th floor. complained to reception , they r helpless. not expected this in developed country like paris. u never know when the lift breaks. |

The hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful. They made us feel very welcome. On 2 separate trips, our room was huge and beautifully decorated. It couldn't have been any better - thanks very much Hotel Serena !! Our stay was fantastic - no complaints at all. |

Perfectly located for sight seeing - only 10 mins walk to Termini where there are service buses, main line trains and tour buses. Rooms was smaller than expected after viewing photos on line. Breakfast room was not large enough to cope with number of visitors |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable and had been recently refurbished. It is a good base for exploring the city on foot or on public transport. |

I found that this place wasn't that much more expensive then Private ensuite hostles in Roma. but the rooms are very nice, this place really clean and well kept, you will not be dissapointed. shower doors didn't close fully and caused puddles in the bathroom |

Rooms were very clean, bathrooms scrubbed and towels changed every day. Receptionist very helpful with tips for sightseeing, very polite. Perfect location to Rome's historical center. |
