The staff was friendly and spoke english, the room was very nice, and the location was good The location is a little hard to find, just be on the lookout, and aprking was tight, but so is the rest of italy...unaware there is a air conditioning above the door, I did not see it..

1 block from beach, great location quiet area, we were able to use the secure off street parking, family run and very friendly staff. Rooms basic but everything you need. Very clean.

Abbiamo solo pernottato,ma ho trovato eccessivo il costo della colazione ( 8,00 euro a persona,che moltiplicato per noi,faceva un totale di 24,00 euro ) e infatti,l'abbiamo consumata al bar....

sicuramente la pulizia e la locazione. piuttosto triste e caro, specie se paragonato ai tanti B&B che offrono per molto meno anche un'ottima colazione

De kamer was schoon en netjes. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Er is gratis internet bij de receptie. Het hotel ligt op een steenworp afstand van het strand maar we konden toch gratis parkeren. Goed ontbijt. De comfort/prijs verhouding is laag. De douchecabine is te klein. Ook werd zeep niet aangevuld.

Hotel pulito, camera spaziosa e personale cortese è un hotel molto informale ed economico adatto per soggiorni brevi, abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia ed al centro di Varazze.

E molto comodo che è vicino alla stazione al centro e vicino al mare,per chi arriva in treno. Le camere molto belle pulite con aria condizionata. In sintesi un bel hotel.

dass es einfach nur gemütlich und warm war. alle waren freundlich und in dem Haus/ Hotel fühlt man sich wie bei OMI zu Hause :D mhh... ich wüsste nichts :D

Rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione, gestione familiare. Camera al 4° piano in una palazzina per cui era necessario utilizzare un ascensore un po' antico. Dalla mia camera il rumore dell'ascensore era molto forte e fastidioso, tanto da svegliarmi diverse volte durante la notte. Le porte infatti non sono insonorizzate ma sono quelle che ci sono in una casa, normalmente, nelle stanze.
