I enjoyed the professional receptionists, Antonio - who was very good, and friendly.

I didn't enjoy the lady who made the breakfasts - she was sour-faced,unfriendly and noisy - very offputting!An outside area for smokers would have been useful!

I really liked place of the hotel, it's not far from stazione centrale and also from the town center. Actually me and my friends, went everywhere on foot just to see the town and architecture. Room nr.5 was really nice. It's very simple but repaired and clean. also it's nice to go out in the balcony just to look around. Very good restaurant in front of hotel, try it!

I like good breakfast, so i was missing meat or eggs during the breakfast, but anyway for the price i paid i was very happy to have such breakfast what i got :)

I was there in end of November and the bathroom was cold and wet and room also was cold, the floor etc.

Location is excellent, next to metro station and shopping area corso buenos aires. Only few stops to Duomo if you go by metro. The staffs are polite and can speak English very well. The room is clean and comfort.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Very very noisey! It was being renovated, so had scaffolding all the way around. Builders outside windows (1st floor) from 7am, had to keep curtains and windows closed. Breakfast was very basic, they are slow to replenish baskets. Had 1 bread roll and 1 pastry and a coffee, didn't bother on 2nd morning. Walls very thin, tiled floors mean you can hear everyone in rooms above and each side. Had a drain in corner of our room (8) through which water from every room above ran day & night when they showered or flushed or ran water into sink. Street sweepers 1am & 6am. Idiot in room above stomping around & moving furniture. Only stayed 2 days, cannot imagine staying for longer, used as a base, did expect to be able to sleep at night and beyond 7am

The staff is very nice and helpful.Everbody speaks English and would help with any question.The room had enough space for three persons and was very clean.We were nicely surprise with the breakfast( quite good for the italian standards )The location is perfect.Using the nearby metro you are in 5 min in the centrum, the walk would take 20 min.Perfect for a short city trip.

The shower system is not optimal.If one takes a shower nobody else can enter the bathroom.The bathroom is completely wet including the toilet , the floor etc.

Acomodation is not very comfortable. The girl at the reception is not very kind.

Hotel is really value for money. Currently restructuring. Not far froom metro, walking distance (15 min) to Duomo. Clean bed, clean toilet. Very good service for such low rate.

Small room (18). Child-size bed: 180 cm? Toe nails on bedroom floor. Was forced to sign blank form upon arrival; aggressive young male receptionist. No early breakfast (for 7 am departure). Not even coffee (at actual 7:20 am departure). Hourly Internet costs are based on use of a cable, so impossible to spread out actual use.
