Breakfast for the price not worth. Plastic cups for water and juice, like in a hostel.
Very nice staff!
Not what we were expecting from photos online. Bed was not very comfortable and felt like old bed lines. Shower looked like a temporary set up. Breakfast was so-so. Paid for spotty WiFi.
Staff was helpful.
Paid wi-fi for 1 hour (1 Eur), bit noisy
The location is perfect - tube within reach, excellent shopping area, Stazione Centrale nearby
Payable internet - in 2015 still to pay 1 euro per hour or 12 euros per 24 hours - looks to me more like internet cafe than a service for hotel.
Location - walking distance from Milano Centrale train Station, very close to Duomo and city center. Building looks very good outside and it's newly repaired inside. Good breakfast.
No ironing, WiFi should be free! We are living in the 21 century. 1 $ for an hour is not a big money, but I need internet whenever I want, not just after I go to reception and pay for it. Smell of some chemicals.
Breakfast was as minimal as you can get. Cereal, bread, croissants, boiled egg, ham.
The room was small but very clean. Location was good.
The neighbors were loud and stayed up all night
The staff was fantastic.
Parking, even for arrival and drop of bags was a challenge. After we had checked in, they came and asked for our passports, as we were leaving for a dinner, and did not want to let us leave until they had entered manually the information in their computer...finally the manager came out and let us leave with our passports and give the info later. Wi-fi is 1 EUR per our, and only 1 device at a time. It started to warm up, but they did not let us us the A/C to cool the room a bit, they said it was not yet the season to use it.
The room for 5 people is well designed and space is well utilized. Good value for the money, good simple breakfast and good location.
room temperature was not the best
Wifi is not free and you have to pay a fee to get the internet connection. I wish you provide this service for free in the future.
The location was very good and convenient. Lima metro stop was very close. It takes only 10 min walking to Milan Central station.
winter time stay: Cold air was coming from outside thru the closed window and door of the balcony.
Good hotel compare to other 3* hotels in Milano
1 euro per hour for wifi. Not expensive but a hassle.
Good restaurant opposite hotel. Close to underground station (red line) which goes directi to cathedral. Not too noisy at night/morning.
you have to pay 1 €/hour for the WiFi... it is no problem for me to pay for the Internet BUT I do not use 1 hour continuously I prefer to have WiFi to check my emails sometimes during my business trip, this system is stupid!!!! Please change it asap!!!
1.The menager at the reception 2. payed wi-fi
Extra location and connections to the center
Hotel had changed names so a little confusing to find.
Great location opposite port for exploring lake by boat. Good restaurants nearby.
The bathroom smelt sewage
Location, value for money, basic breakfast
Booked this but found out 24 hours later that I couldn't make original date. Flat refusal to refund or help. Booking.com equally intransigent. Hotel is lovely but won't be using it or booking.com again - how you treatcustomers is key.
Didn't get the chance
Staff were very nice, room was clean and comfy. Amazing restaurant directly opposite!
Very rude receptionists - all of them. Part of the hotel was under construction. Limited variety in breakfast. Overpriced.
No Free wifi
Coffee at breakfast
Poor breakfast and hotel service.
Well connected to Lima metro station.
The shower cubicles are really small. Blankets on the bed seem old fashioned and unhygienic. Noisy neighbours
It was fine but they could always do better..
Late at night the heating system stopped working causing bitter cold during sleep which made overnight comfort less pleasant.
among other things, breakfast was extremely poor.
Wi-Fi was not free and it was expensive The lights of the room was turned off during the night The receptionists were not so helpful, informing only the basic things.
