Score from 1500 reviews Very good
Very good breakfast. Very close to metro station. Only 10 minutes from main railway station. Very quiet room.
Comfort and cleanliness, staff were great. Location was 1 block from Metro.
room was small but very clean and with convenient layout.
The location was good, friendly staff, comfortable bed, reception staff was very friendly
Dated design, building work was taking place, cleaners were putting the chairs on the table while eating our breakfast, The rooms are dated and small, there is no view.
Location: I was able to walk to the hotel from Milan Central station; Metro station is also close-by.
Staff very friendly, excellent location close to metro station, b'fast quite good.
No minibar and safe deposit in room
The location is good. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly and obliging
The rooms are too small especially the new double rooms on ground floor,no natural light in the room
Can't think of anything.
Staff and accommodations.
Very good position, nice and helpful staff.
Poor breakfast, a lot of noise due to reparations inside the hotel, costly wi-fi.
No Shampoo, No space No comfort
Location was good and the correct bedding for 4 was the primary motivating factor of choosing the hotel
Room decor was dated. Paying 1 Euro per hour for Wifi was annoying.
Clean room. Pleaseant staff. Nicely decorated.
The shower head was placed too low for a 185cm person to stand under.
It was renewed, pretty clean. Staff were very nice.
Nearby subway is without elevator.
Good Central location in the middle of one of the main shopping streets. Not on the main street, but can get a bit of noise from it.A good quality restaurant just across the road, so not far to travel.
When booked the website said that WIFI was free in public areas of the hotel. This has now been changed to €1 per hour. Whilst not a Kings ransom obviouisly the description needs to be altered.
Very noisy from street
Very tasty breakfast, friendly staff, good location - 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale and 3 minutes walk from subway station.
Unacceptably small room with view at courtyard. Quilt was, frankly speaking, stinking so we had to sleep under bedsheet.
Friendly of staff
The hotel is modernising - creating a comfortable, yet up-to-date environment. As we left the manager asked a member of staff to show us 'work in progress' for the upgrading. Very impressed.
I only stayed for one night. It was nice but I was hardly there. I didn't even use the bed!
Price, location, friendly staff and fine breakfast ..
A little dark and unpersonal and cold rooms (october)
Restaurants and shopping nearby
Too far to the Milano Centrale station No free wi-fi
Noise on street outside in the night
It's my second time in Selena Hotel. If I coming back to Milan in future I will choose it again! The location is really good - 10 min to the Statione centrale and 20 min by foot to Duomo! The rooms are clean.
Our chech out time was early in the morning and we ask for cold packages for breakfast, but the reception told me that that's not possible, although we have had a paid breakfast includet in the price of the room.
Location is perfect. very close to metro station, quite close to railway station and center.
1.There was no soundproofing at all. During night i heard other people snoring, pissing, laughing, watching Tv, having sex etc.I could not get any rest.. 2. Breakfast was just for survival, very poor.
The price of the hotel was fairly premium and this was down to the location. Everything else was unfortunately done on a budget - no tea or coffee making facility in the room, plastic cups at breakfast and watered down orange juice. The staff could not have been more unfriendly.
