Breakfast Staff Location Restaurant opposite hotel
very noisy rooms bad beds hard pillows no free wifi
the location was good
the rooms feel like they are from the 1970s socialist times. very ordinary. The lobby is renovated and it looks cool, but not the rooms.
lack of varieties for breakfast, asked for a non smoking room but the room was smelling if cigarettes.
Seemed newly renovated. Kitchen staff was friendly and helpful.
The two men who we dealt with came across as sour and unfriendly. The first one came out when we said that we wanted our passports copied, not kept by the hotel and asked 'Do we have a problem here?' He came across as confrontational not as helpful. Wi-fi was not not free.
Location was about a 15 min walk from the central station.
- Expensive wifi - 12 Euros for 24 hours - Very thin walls - could hear most of what my two neighbours were doing. - Narrow bed. - Worn bed cover, holes and tears visible. - Lukewarm shower. - Paint coming off the walls gave the room a sad, worn look. - Staff were mixed, some friendly others almost hostile.
Quiet location near the central station. Room was clean. Good breakfast with newly made coffe.
Location. Spartan decor. Spatious room. Nearby metro, shops, can walk everywhere.
Weird WiFi system of continuously having to buy small bites of volatile time chunks. Cheap but very labour intensive! Plastic cups and spoons at breakfast not a good look for this price.
Close to metro and an easy walk to the city attractions and train stations, many good local shops and restaurants. Clean and tidy room, ample continental breakfast
Clearly the hotel is being renovated. Flash entrance hall but beyond this, corridors and public space awaiting decoration. Surprised to have to pay for wifi by the hour. Frustrating to have air con turn off over night - made room unbearably hot unless opened windows - then woken by noise on streets.
The Hotel was in a good location. Very near a metro line (which is very easy to use). Also near to centrale station (although I would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel until you know your way around - we got the metro back). Some nice restaurants within a few mins walk and also one straight across from the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were quite basic but clean. Didn't really matter to us as we weren't there much. Breakfast was very good and coffee was A1!!
Two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. Having to pay for wifi.
Reasonably priced (breakfast incl.) Rooms OK
Hotel part way through major refurbishment, our (top) floor just started and therefore quite scruffy. Feature staircase at odds with the rest of the hotel.
great location near the shopping street which takes you directly to il Duomo.very clean rooms, single room was small but completely enough for my needs to sleep and shower myself during the visit. i would use the hotel again.
there was nothing to complain really. it was value for money, you cannot expect 5* hotel for 60€ a night.
It is located very close to a busy shopping street and only 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area. We parked for free just round the corner which was great, also excellent value
It's hard to park if the market is on and cheaper on the street
Staff attitude : old receptionist guy was very arrogant, rude and bored Modest breakfast
Good, quite location, walking distance from main station. Beautiful balcony.
The fabulous coffee made fresh in the morning.
The hotel looks far better in the pictures on the internet than it actually is. The photo of the foyer makes it look flash but the rooms are very small.
The location was very good. The access to the underground, tram and bus was very close by.
The owner was not at all welcoming. For a hotelier he us in the wrong business. This is not a hotel for children under 12. According to the owner the kids should be kept under leash and not allowed to roam freely. Since we are Asian he also could be racist. I will never go to this hotel again.
We stay in this hotel for one night, so evth was good. Not big, but tidy, and quiet room. For about 1,2 km from central railway station. Cappuchino in the morning
Very small bathroom, no free wi-fi, no fresh fruits and cornflakes in the morning.
No service mind.
Very nice Hotel, clean. Excellent location and value for money
They turn off air conditioner all the time and you have to call and ask to turn on...
Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is clean.
WIFI is not free. Everywhere else it is. Breakfast is not good at all. Croissant was tasted as if it was from couple of days earlier. Plus they note down if u have taken coffee or not. Staff should never ask you to collect your passports later so that they can fill out the forms. Better way would be to install a xerox machine and make a copy of it.
Airconditioning didn't seem to be working.
The location, is close to one of the main shopping streets, it is also close to the metro station Breakfast was also good, and nice staff
AC is being turned off every time you leave the room, including on dinner time (End up not giving my keys when out for dinner)
Horrible rooms, noise
Rude staff, not clean room, wifi not free
clean, not far from Milano Centrale train station and city center, standart breakfast
no free internet
