Just the fact I was close to the main street.
I honestly have stayed in this hotel before and it was the main reason for me to get back and I got really disappointed with the way I was treated by the two gentlemen who were working on that day. They were rude and did even asked us to leave if not happy just because we were questioning why a baby less than two years Old has to pay? I have been travelling with my kids and it was the first time I heard such a non sense! anyway I will stay away of this hotel until they change their unfair policy!!!!
The room was ok but it can be a bit cleaner. good service.
Wifi is fast but needed to pay.
Good location and breakfast.
You had to pay for the internet. There was having a reform in the room next door and the masons were smoking and forgot that they were in a hotel with many guests
Staff were professional, polite and accommodating. Is well situated in terms of location. Modern and basic. Very well priced. Value for money.
No free WiFi. No soap dish holders in the bathroom.
The staff at the reception was very rude. the connection at the wi-fi was with charge every were in the hotel!!!
Antiquated WI Policy pay by the hour, not made clear in their advertising. Bathroom Filthy, rooms small. The whole place is basic. Would not stay again
City Tax has to be paid in Cash at this hotel. Goes on the bill everywhere else. Maybe the city fathers should look at the returns,
Location. Friendly staff.
Have to pay for wifi
Room was clean.

WI-FI isn't free. Breakfast is poor.
Good Location, good breakfast, modern design of reception.
Should we pay for WiFi in the 21st century?
close to central train station open all night good breakfast good bed modern design of the reception area
interior of the rooms noise in the morning
THE POSITION! VERY BAD RELATIONSHIP VALUE AND MONEY!!!
VERY BAD BREAKFAST!!! UNCOFORTABLE BEDS! TOO NOISY!! THIS IS NOT ROOM FOR A FAMILY!!
Relatively clean (for Italian standards) except some black spots in the shower. Good location (close to Metro and train station). Modern lobby (not the room though).
Room and bed were tiny. Freezing floor (no floor heating). Elevator slow. Breakfast room was cold and looks sterile. Breakfast buffet rather poor except the baked sweets.
Good value for money. Walking distance to the central train station.
Location excellent, for most of the things. Price very good, for Milano. All the rest acceptable. Renovation in process...which is good.
The Internet sucks and you have to pay for it.
Just the bed !
I had got a very bad reception! Arriving at 11pm I found an unfriendly receptionist who asked 1. To sign an empty accommodation form which is illegal, 1. Wanted to keep my passport all night (illegal ) 3. And starting to be really rude when he found out I was from east Europe. He did not know I was able to understand Italian, so I heard a very unpleasant comment behind my back. So, low cost is low cost all ways!
Not much space for luggage.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, good breakfast and clean rooms. It was very easy to walk to Central Milan
The location was exellent to go in the center, to the rail station or metro. The breakfast was rich, the badroom large and confortable and quitly.
J had to pay e.1 for 1 hour to have wifi.
