Svært god beliggenhet til en veldig rimelig pris. Hyggelig hotell

Dyrt å kjøpe wi-fi tid, men til så lav hotellpris bør en egentlig ikke klage på det.

the design in the hotel is great. location is fantastic

- breakfast is very poor - wifi is only available in the lobby and in the room by cable and it is very expensive - include the city tax in the price of the hotel. It came as a surprise

It's close to the city center, in a nice shopping area. In 15 minutes (just 4 underground stations) you reach the Duomo. The breakfast is simple but good. There's a ristorante just across the street and a supermarket nearby.

The rooms that open to the street are a little bit noisy in the morning (because of the cars collecting garbage).

Sometimes you could hear the neighbours through the walls.

Location. Hotel ids located In one of the major city shopping streets, 20 minutes walk to Duomo. Very close to metro station.

Breakfast was very poor. Paper thin walls, you can easily hear guests several rooms away. Especially in the night.

Only great thing about this hotel is the location. It's close from the metro station and it's right next to the fashion district.

Except for two staff, everyone there weren't friendly at all. I guess it's so hard for them to just smile a little. Also, there's this smell in the room. It gets better once you leave the window open but otherwise, it stinks. Will I go back to the hotel? No, unless the staffs become friendly.

location is just perfect, close to shopping street and other interesting places. Staff was very nice, helpful and smiling :)

Isolation is quite poor in the rooms, could here neighboors very clearly :(

Very close to most attractions and the Milano Centrale (by 10 min walk). Hotel personnel are very friendly and kind. Breakfast is moderate and enough.

Meh- It's a hotel. It's clean and a place to stay at night. Breakfast is good. Not far from a metro and shopping. The pizzeria across the street is awesome.

Meh- It's a hotel. Don't let the fancy lobby fool you, the rooms are no better than a Motel 6 or Super 8. 5 euros an hour for wifi is highway robbery (just go to most any cafe or McDonalds for free Wifi). Staff (seemingly owner) gave us some unnecessary lip about signing the privacy contract (he kept telling us to sign the wrong line, then raised his voice about it we tried to corrected him)

People attending and specially at the breakfast area, so nice and agreable personal. Special a nice boy and wonderful Russia beatiful ladies helping at the menu preparation. They are unforgeteables

Antonio's cappuccino is the best ! #1 in Milan ! The staff were friendly & very helpful, no rude staff as stated in the previous comments of other travllers. Location is perfect ! a few steps away from Corso Buenos Aires, the longest shopping street ever ! Also a subway station nearby. The central station is only 10 minutes away. Many restos around the area, and the best is SABATINI's ristorante is in front of Hotel Serena. Breakfast is simple but delicious ! unlimited Croissants , cheese, ham, and unlimited the best cappuccino I ever tasted ! Even the cappucino in other caffe's cannot compare to Antonio's cappuccino ! We'll surely miss Antonio ! Tamara , Elena and all the other staff of Hotel Serena. Will definitely come back and stay....hopefully in the renovated rooms ;)

We stayed on the 3rd floor, the shower had no glass door to separate the toilet from the shower, so everytime after shower, the water is all over the place and the toilet seat. But from the other traveller's photos, some stayed in the renovated floors .

Location is good near Metro station. Clean room

Bad smell in the single room

This hotel is a very good value and the staff was courteous. The rooms were not very big, but were very clean.

This hotel is near the train station, but is a bit of a walk into the center of town where the cathedral is located and where the main shopping areas are (at least a half of an hour). However, there is shopping and there are restaurants near by the hotel, so for the money, this hotel was in a good location.

Hotel Serena has great location. It is in city center and they provide parking in garage just 2 minutes walk from hostel. Room was new, clean and tidy. We booked double bed room and we get studio for 4 persons. Staff is very professional and willing to help and answer on your questions.

Conveniently located near the railway station and shopping street, not far from Duomo.Clean and quiet. Staff are polite.

The heating worked in a strange way. Our room on the 4th floor was too hot and the temperature at night soared to nearly 30 degrees.

Very good hotel in a very central area!!!!! would go again
