从酒店走十分钟,有个中餐馆(中意餐厅)真的很便宜,服务员态度超级好,是温州人开的.价格超级便宜,第一天四菜18欧,第二天5菜一汤32欧.茶水免费,这在欧洲是绝无仅有的,当然也是我们提要求的.不过人家很快的就答应了.找起来有点难度.要有点耐心 酒店离火车站走路最少20分钟,超级难找,因为米兰的门牌号很乱.晚上到的,所以火车站无人可问,也没人知道,还是自己在火车战的小卖部里面看地图研究才慢慢找的.路上迷路过好多次,打电话问前台,居然说让我们打车过去.很不负责任.不知道原来那些评价说这个会说英语的男生有多nice真是有点言过其实了.超级没有耐心,到最后还是问了个中国人才问到的.(人家也是开酒店的,不过很客气的替我们指路)更可恶的是没收我们的护照,因为先前也有酒店会没收,所以没觉得不妥.不过第二天碰到同酒店的上海女孩,都说没有问他们要,简直就是公报私仇.问他怎么去outlets,开始以很忙为理由让我等,后来终于忙完了,慢吞吞的问我有什么要求,当我问路去outlets的时候,只是扔给我一张广告,让我自己看,根本就不给我问的机会.这种人真是没品德.第二天早上的老头倒是很客气,完全和那个黄毛小子相反.早餐没什么东西吃,不要期望太高.房间外正好在粉刷外墙,所以只能关窗,很不方便. |

close to the main train station, also easy to get to the city center. the price is little expensive compare to the facility.the hotel do not have reception , while the staff stay in a small room in the floor instead.This make the floor very noisy all the time. |

交通比较方便，离地铁和超市都很近，火车站也不远。浴室有吹风机。 毯子有点旧，电梯有时会停。但相对房价来说，就不用挑剔了。 |

I really liked place of the hotel, it's not far from stazione centrale and also from the town center. Actually me and my friends, went everywhere on foot just to see the town and architecture. Room nr.5 was really nice. It's very simple but repaired and clean. also it's nice to go out in the balcony just to look around. Very good restaurant in front of hotel, try it! I like good breakfast, so i was missing meat or eggs during the breakfast, but anyway for the price i paid i was very happy to have such breakfast what i got :) |

Hotelstaff very kind and welcoming, shower with pleasantly hot water, breakfast ok, 10min. walk from central station, close to main shoppingstreet,close to the Metro system.Perfect for short City trip. I was there in end of November and the bathroom was cold and wet and room also was cold, the floor etc. |

Very clean bathroom, good breakfast (good value for money). At check-in the receptionist took our passports and told that he needed 1-2 hours to record the required information. On our request to do this immediately and return our passports he showed us 20 more passports of other guests and told that we can receive our passports in the morning our wait for 1-2 hours while he finishes with all the passports. As it was already 2:00 at night we decided to go sleep and get our passports back in the morning. However we didn't feel very secure without the documents. In normal hotels they just take a copy of a document (if needed) or fill in all required information and return the documents immediately. We definitely won't stay in this hotel again. |

Location is excellent, next to metro station and shopping area corso buenos aires. Only few stops to Duomo if you go by metro. The staffs are polite and can speak English very well. The room is clean and comfort. |

Very good location, just 15 minutes walk from Duoma. Friendly staff and ok breakfast. Inefficiently soundproof, they rebuilt something which was disturbing early in the mornings. |

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very very noisey! It was being renovated, so had scaffolding all the way around. Builders outside windows (1st floor) from 7am, had to keep curtains and windows closed. Breakfast was very basic, they are slow to replenish baskets. Had 1 bread roll and 1 pastry and a coffee, didn't bother on 2nd morning. Walls very thin, tiled floors mean you can hear everyone in rooms above and each side. Had a drain in corner of our room (8) through which water from every room above ran day & night when they showered or flushed or ran water into sink. Street sweepers 1am & 6am. Idiot in room above stomping around & moving furniture. Only stayed 2 days, cannot imagine staying for longer, used as a base, did expect to be able to sleep at night and beyond 7am |

The location is good! For the "breakfast" there are rules in piece of paper on the wall. Ridiculous! And to make worst there is one lady that stays near the breakfast table watching what are you getting, if you get more than what you are allowed they charge you. Ridiculous!! |

The staff is very nice and helpful.Everbody speaks English and would help with any question.The room had enough space for three persons and was very clean.We were nicely surprise with the breakfast( quite good for the italian standards )The location is perfect.Using the nearby metro you are in 5 min in the centrum, the walk would take 20 min.Perfect for a short city trip. The shower system is not optimal.If one takes a shower nobody else can enter the bathroom.The bathroom is completely wet including the toilet , the floor etc. |
