B&B Sergio House

يسرني ان اشكر القائمين علي الفندن ( حسن وسيرجيو) علي المتابعه المستمره للنزلا والحرص علي راحتهمورحابه صدورهم واخلاقهم العاليه جدا جدا ملاحظات ضروره وجود مكتب للفندق او الشقق حتي يخدم النزيل في اي وقت والشكر الاكبر والاكثر للقائمين علي booking الذين قدمو لي خدمه كبيره جدا جدا فيها الصدق التام الذي يبحث عنه اي مسافر وللجميع تحياتي اخوكم/ عثمان ابراهيم العضيبي مدير عام المستودعات وزاره التربيه والتعليم/ في المملكه العربيه السعوديه

It's proximity to everything. This is a great low-budget place to stay with a family. If you don't mind walking a bit to get to things and are looking for a budget friendly place to stay than this is it. The entire facility and rooms are very secure and close to (comparatively) inexpensive, and very good restaurants.

There wasn't anything to complain about. Rome isn't a very clean city but you have to take that with any big city. Transportation is easy to and from everywhere is easy. The bus City Tours are very close close also and this is the way to see the city. We took one of the Yellow (Rome City Tours) "Hop on, Hop off" tours. I don't recommend that one. There is only 2 buses and the tour guides are not polite. The buses are dirty and the head phones never work. I checked out the Red "Hop on Hop off" buses and they are much nicer. Go with those and don't pre-book. It turns out you can get them at about the same price right there.

I feel that the accommodation was misrepresented. This is not a B&B, this is someones' rather shabby appartment which they sublet. The room was grubby, the sheets were dirty, as it was 11pm with 2 children we couldn't leave, but we did the next morning. At first he said we couldnt have a refund for the 2nd night but then he mist have done that since we had obviously left after only 7 hrs there.

Location was good and not very far from the station, room was nice and garden was pretty, although you aren't allowed to loiter in it. Man checking us in was also very kind. Wi-Fi was excellent.

Breakfast was in one of two small kitchens and there were doors from the stairwells - these weren't always open so you had to buzz someone to let you in and it felt intrusive to do so early in the morning. We didn't know it was a cash payment beforehand. This wasn't a big deal but would've been nice to know.

The location of the B&B was perfect, really close to the station Termini. Very good price, and the room was clean and fresh. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Perfect for a weekend in Rom.

The floor in the bathroom wasent clean. And we were 3 girls in one room but we only got to beds(not very big), and only two sheets for the 3 of us.

Great location.

A little too cramped for 6 people. The breakfast consisted of croissants, orange juice, stale bread (and spreads). A toaster would have made all the difference.

Cleanliness. Near to Terminus for transport around Rome.

Lack of facilities; bathroom was basic - no towel rail, no shower soap dish, no water pressure; kitchen facilities were all "out of order"; breakfast was very basic; TV was all Italian; Wi-Fi was there but was intermittant. Area was a bit "dodgy".

Sergio and his staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, convenient to most of the sightseeing points. The area is safe which I was very concern and a bit worry before I started the trip. By what I've paid, I'm satisfied with them.

It can be more tidy and clean.

Sergio House is part of a converted villa close to Termini. As such it is well situated and there are manyt local restaurnts. The staff (presumably the owners or managers) could not have been more helpful.

It's a 5-storey building with a pretty dodgy lift. The room was ok for the money (you pay a high price per square foot in Rome). It was pretty basic (particularly the shower) but acceptable. 'Breakfast' consisted of bits & pieces (including bitter Cona offee) placed in the 5th floor kitchen. Rolls were packeted and not fresh. We didn't bother.

Cleanliness and safety are best thing of b&b Sergio. The staff are very nice, although most of them cannot speak English. The breakfast is ok, but thinking about the price you paid, this is very reasonable. There're croissants, butter, jam, cereals, fresh coffee and yogert. The location is good, just couples walk from the termini station. There're also supermarkets and restaurants nearby so you have many options for your food. There're also a fridge and microwave provided in the small kitchen, which you will share with neibours from other two rooms, so you can warm your food whenever you like.

If you share the bathroom, it's a little frustrating while waiting for others occupying the bathroom. Also, the telephone number of the B&B provided on the website is not correct so it's better to check from the B&B website.

the location was all right

the pictures on the website are very misleading. the room is tiny and the kitchenette is not inside the room, but shared with a few other rooms and is very small. the shower was very small and you could not move without banging your elbows. for breakfast we received completely frozen milk and juice. to report this we had to leave our building to the offices which are in a neighboring building and ring the bell of the office until someone came down. there is no phone in the room or the kitchen area. other than the milk, the food resembled airplane food. we had to pay in cash and they would not receive credit cards.

Location was great, close to all public transport. Owner gave us a quick run through the attractions on our free map. Room was cleaned every day (including dishes). Little garden off set from the road was nice. We had a fridge and microwave that worked.

We had booked a two bedroomed apartment, however it became clear that our kitchen/dining area was in fact a common room where other guests came and knocked on the door for their breakfast. The staff also came in and out of this room without knocking (sheets, maps, receipt books etc were stored in there) during the day. A bit noisy being on the ground floor. Breakfast was plentiful (set up on our table each morning, but actually stored in our kitchen cupboards) but all pre-packaged and not very appetising. The bunk bed was not safe for little children as it had no safety rail on it.

It was all nice, but the double bed was made of two singles, and would move apart during sleep.

I stayed in 2 -bed room apartment with tiny dining table & small kitchen. It was nice and cozy. Everyone enjoyed hanging together without walking out from the room. Breakfast served in the room which is very convenience. They also provide coffee maker, glasses, cups, plates & utensils. There was only one bath room but it was big and clean. But this was not the problem as we can arrange the ques among our group. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location was great, just 2 blocks from Roma Termini. I just learnt that city tax has to pay in cash and should spare some cash in case the hotel may had problem with credit card online payment.

O elevador de acesso aos quartos que, de tao pequeno, chega A ser claustrofÓbico. A seguranca interna nao E boa. uma mesma chave abre as portas de outros quartos. O preco É muito alto para os servicos que apresenta.

Znakomita lokalizacja i bardzo sympatyczni właściciele. Żadnych problemów i kłopotów. Otrzymaliśmy klucze do wszystkich drzwi które musieliśmy pokonywać i było to najwygodniejsze rozwiązanie. Polecam ten hotel wszystkim którzy chcą zwiedzić Rzym.

отель находиться в 5минутах от жд станции термини, откуда ходят прямые поезда до аэропорта. очень близко ко многим достопримечательностям, например до колизея пешком максимум 15 мин.. наш номер был отличный, чистый..и с прекрасным балконом)))

были там 4 дня, в общем душе за 4 дня не разу не убрали

'Ηταν όλα πολύ ωραία.καθημερινά η καθαρίστρια καθάριζε το δωμάτιο..ο Sergio ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ..είμασταν κοντά στον σταθμό termini και αυτό μας εξυπηρέτισε γιατί περνούσε λεωφορίο αρκετά οικονομικό που σε πήγαινε στο αεροδρόμιο ciampino..είμασταν αρκετα κοντα στο κεντρο..αν έχεις αντοχές άνετα πας παντού με τα πόδια..ειδικά αν έχεις παρέα δεν καταλαβαίνεις ποτέ φτάνεις στον προωρισμό σου..το κολοσσεο ειναι 15 λεπτα με τα ποδια..μετα απο κει 10 λεπτα για το vittorio emanuele..και 5 λεπτα απο κει για την via del corso με όλα τα μαγαζια..εχει μάρκετ κοντα στο sergio house και έχει πολύ καλες τιμές..καφετέριες,εστιατόρια..θα ξανα έμενα σίγουρα.

Δεν άλλαζαν σεντόνια κάθε μέρα αλλά ήταν καθαρά δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα..

离火车站很近，较方便，安全措施做的很好。店主非常好，提供很多旅游信息。

早餐有待改进

除了接待人员态度不错，离市中心的 terminal车站比较近比较方便，其他的……真的很差

图片上只是门口的样子，实际的房子非常小又很潮湿，卫生间的排水系统几乎行同虚设，洗完澡就会发大水，虽很- 便宜，但是住的实在是不舒服
