Lovely hotel, very classy and lots of design inside only 30 euros in a taxi from bergamo airport, really easy to get to the train station which then went to Bergamo which then went to milan. we had a meal in the restaurant which was pricey but worth it. would definately stay again. |

We arrived late at night, and via the reception we had reserved a table at 22.00. The reception staff was very nice and made sure it was possible to enjoy a dinner. But the staff at the restaurant (some of the waiters) was obviously annoyed with our late arrival. This was a pitty as the food and wine was very nice. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is an old historic building stunningly restored. Exceptionally clean - rooms have absolutely everything one requires. I will definately stay here again! |

Hotel staff was very nice, it made our stay to be like in home. We really felt that we are welcome in the hotel. Breakfast was good, hotel was very clean. Bathroom was new and modern. Swimming pool was available. Quiet location, good parking place. You need your own car due to the location, but if you have a car, it is nice place. |

The interior and building design and finishes were excellent, breakfast was very good, beds very comfortable and good showers. It isn't in the best location, but there is a view of the hills from the front rooms. There are a couple of inexpensive places to eat in Presezzo which are walkable to. The air conditioning was noisy and it was only possible to stop it by opening the window, which let in the traffic noise from the busy road, or taking out the key card. This did spoil an other wise lovely room. We didn't get to use the swimming pool as it was being used for functions on the two evening we were there which was annoying as we would have liked a swim and the pool did look pleasant. |

A beautiful hotel set on the outskirts of Bergamo. The staff were very friendly,helpful and they spoke very good English. A nice ride from there to the lakes. |

Top class hotel, with helpful, efficient staff, and an excellent buffet breakfast. Value for money, train and bus connections to Bergamo, Lecco and Milan Faultless hotel. The pedestrian exit to the village of Ponte St. Pietro is unpaved for about 20 metres just beyond the Hotel perimeter, forcing you into the path of busy traffic for a short distance. An accident waiting to happen ! |

It is out of town but the service and quality make up for that.If you rather be off the tourist trail this hotel is great.A short walk to the train station then 7 mins to bergamo or 50mins to milan.The hotel is in 1st class condition the staff were friendly and spoke english.Unfortunatly we did not eat in the restaurant as we got back late each day. and dined in Milan or Bergamo |

the hotel was within close proximity to Bergamo, lake come and milan which was serviced by an excellent train service. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful and the restuarant was excellent for the dinner at night time. bar service was poor and very expensive |

The history of the hotel and the location made this one of the best hotels i have stayed in.The staff were very welcoming and attentitive at all times. Breakfast on the second day was very poor with no set tables and most items run out by 9am despite breakfast served until 10.30 |

The hotel is a beautiful blend of old & new. Lovely room & marble bathroom. Very relaxing. Lovely pool & very friendly staff. Location. Further away from Bergamo than we thought. Best to hire a car for sightseeing. |

In general a friendly staff, nice and clean hotel, but to many things needed to be paied extra.A very good restaurant! You need to pay extra for using the internet, or the pool. For a 4star hotel this is in my opinion not possible. There is also no roomservice or possibility to eat (even just something small) after closing hours of the kitchen. |

The hotel was excellent, the staff were superb and breakfast was very good.Will definately stay here again. Drinks were very expensive and the hotel is a bit out of the way - 15min walk to train station. |

Breakfast and breakfast room excellent.Staff welcoming and courteous at all times. Room spotless. Public rooms small for when hotel is busy. Very odd that we wererestricted in our use of hotel facilities, e.g. only one visit to the swimming pool permitted. |

The hotel was very special, it had special flair and atmosphere. I can recomend this hotel to anyone and I will stay there again if I should need a hotel in the Bergamo area. The staff very helpfull, very nice restaurant and good parking. |
