I would surely choose this hotel again. Central location, decent breakfast for 3 euro pp, nice room, friendly staff. When our toilet broker down we were offered a new room immediately. Very nice price
The only thing might was that the building was old however when we were there there was a renovation going on
+ Excellent and responsive staff + Very tastefully decorated room + Large and spacious room + Comfortable bathroom + cozy
- Could not open a window shutter.
Goog location. Good value for money.Excellent Customer Service!
cleanliness nice staff
strong smell of purifier in the room no coat hanger
Location, nice and helpful staff, very clean, quiet, 24-hours reception, nice and new furniture, good area 2 minutes away from the bus stops. Also, the room had a balcony with city view which was a great advantage.
nothing at all, everything was great
I traveled with my husband for a week and La Luna Romana was the most perfect choice to stay !! our room was very comfortable and the cleaning service was very good. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal ! you can go anywhere even by foot or by bus.. Certainly is our first choice for our next trip to lovely Rome !!
Everything was perfect !!!
Friendly staff Location Price
Almost no WIFI signal First day no warm water and no TV signal Smelly bathroom with a not usable bath Breakfast with only sweets and dry bread View from the window
The neatness of the environment
No African meal for breakfast and no lunch and dinner at all
Hotel was a very reasonable price, and quite cheap considering the central location. I had a top floor room with a beautiful view of Rome. The room was huge and immaculate, more that perfect for what we wanted. Very impressed!
Thin walls, so could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and the breakfast didn't have the best selection.
the day shift was excellent, both helpful and knowledgeable. When unexpected storm damage occurred, I was moved immediately to a neighboring room. Although my reservation was for 3 nights, I was only charged for the one night I stayed when checking out the next morning. Decor is tasteful and pleasant. Continental breakfast was just fine, with plenty of hot water for tea.The location was very good, within walking distance to a number of sights and some good shopping areas. Good restaurants close by, with good food, service and decent pricing.
The thin mattress on the beds. Rooms are very tiny. Rattling, jerky lift made me a little nervous. Night shift was unhelpful with issues that continued to arise. Wind/rain storm caused windows to leak in both rooms. Safe in 2nd room froze with my goodies inside. Plumbing in 2nd sink and shower were very plugged & filled while waiting for water to turn hot. I do believe my experience was just one of those things that happens occasionally with rooms that aren't regularly occupied, and not due to negligence or shoddiness on the hotel's part.
Location, breakfast, friendly staff, clear instructions and information when requested.
Very small lift - it only holds 3 people so one of us had to always walk up stairs to 6th floor. I had a small balcony "overlooking the City" but all you could see was the buildings opposite our hotel. The whole building was surrounded by scaffolding and tarpaulins which wasn't mentioned on their website.
It was close to the train station. we walked to most major sites. Good restaurants near by. The room had good windows; good bathroom. Walls needed a cleaning. Breakfast was so so. Staff were great. I would stay there again.
The location of accommodation was a short walk to most of the tourist "must sees" and Roma Central Rail Station. The facility is undergoing upgrades but this did not effect our stay. The room allocated was not quite what we booked but staff moved us once we raised this with them. Breakfast was continental - cereal and sweet. Ample for getting the day started. There are some great local restaurants close by and an amazing deli for lunch or dinner. Definitely value for money. On check out, we were able to leave our luggage until quite late in the day. Hotel is over multiple floors - a lift was available at all times.
House keeping forgot to make our room on the first night - this may have been due to the room move. Soundproofing needs to happen with the upgrade. We had an extremely rowdy school group staying who, unfortunately had no regard for other guests. Management did try to address the problem.
Locations of this hotel was quite good, train station and city center were close. It was quiet in the hotel, even the busy road was near by. Staff was helpful. Room and bathrooms were clean.
As soon as we walked in to the room, it smelts of cigarettes. It seemed that guests before us were smoking in the room. There was barley any toilet paper as we arrived and cleaner didn't provide any next day, so I went to Reception to get some more.
The hotel is located near to the Termini train station. You are in a walking distance to some of the tourist attractions. Quiet place with very friendly staff.
The tv channels was only 4 with very bad quality. The breakfast was only sweet. Except the bred there was nothing savory.
Location was close to central station. We ended up walking to all of the attractions which worked well, lots of walking but gd way to see it all.
we like this hotel very much. Location is very convenient, allways clean rooms, different breakfast, good price and personal are very polite. Especially we like Jacob-very attentive and intelegenty.man, who work the reception desk. We will recommend this hotel our friends
spacious and clean bathroom with hot water.nice breakfast but would like it better if sth salty was included.close to station and to many sites.polite staff.
the blanket which was on bed was covered with hair.couldn't open window since the hotel was under construction.didn't enjoy that we couldn't watch at all tv since every movie was translated into italian.walls were quite dirty even though the room seemed renovated and there could also have been a phone in the room.breakfast time could have lasted at least till 10 and check out time at 12
Beautifully compact and a real friendly atmosphere at breakfast.
Orange juice machine had broken/run out and I like orange juice.
I'm from Toronto Canada and this was our first time in Rome. We had a room on the 6th floor with a breath taking balcony view. The room was a good spacious size comfy and clean. Room service daily, breakfast was nice overall staff where happy and friendly. Perfect location, close to train lines. For me this hotel was a great place for a new beginning
Only 3 ppls per elevator ride but your in Rome and time is patience and patience is a virtue....
Very nice hotel, very nice room and comfortable.Excellent and helpful staff. Clean,in a good location, very nice breakfast, very good value for money,6th floor.Excellent choice.
friendly staff (especially in the breakfast room), excellent location for exploring Rome (all major sights are within walking distance), nice view from the balcony, for the price we paid the room and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations
breakfast could include some salty options as well
Stayed on the 6th floor and it was a lovely spacious room with breakfast, there was a safebox in the room itself. Just 10mins walk to Termini station & the nearest bus stop just 2 mins away. Staff were helpful. Good location.
Great location, a lot of sights in the walking distance.
Simple, chain-store-food-type breakfasts. VERY TINY rooms. The hotel itself is not new and needs renovation
Good location, good value for money and friendly and helpful staff
The room was a bit worn out with some holes in the walls. The balcony did not seem very safe.
