The location of the hotel is very good. We were at the time of the begging of Christmas market and celebrations and everything was nearby. The staff decorated the hotel and provided additional happy mood in a Christmas spirit. The Service provided by the receptionist, some of the personal and the owner were outstanding. The exterior is very attractable! The lobby is cozy and very comfortable. The internet is fast and good enough and was always available. The additional Services provided - as ironing etc. were fast and good.
The room was small. Not enough for the stars presented. The bed for two requested was actually two single beds attached to each other, which is inacceptable for 4* service. The linen was clean but faded. You have the same breakfast for every day. The waiters need to put more smile on their faces as the receptionist do.
The price (especially on LuccaComics days)
One member of Reception staff was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Breakfasts were great! Housekeeping staff kept the place spotless! Hotel is in a great location and is a convenient train ride to Florence, Lucca and the coast.
Most of the Reception staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. I would suggest the following to improve the overall customer experience: - Name Badges on Staff - Information booklets in each room - listing hotel facilities & local information - Bed Linen to only be changed a couple of times during a 1 week stay (ours was changed everyday) - Better Pool opening times as they were very restrictive and not particularly convenient - Improved WIFI as it tended to come and go at times
Well appointed rooms, lovely bathroom. Good breakfast. Easy strole into town and close to an interesting market. We like Montecattini and if we go back again will definitely stay here.
The old fashioned style with the pale colours reminded the italian dolce vita.breakfast very good
Filomena and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is extremely close to Montecatini Terme. Wifi is good. Breakfast is also nice.
Rooms are getting a bit old. Sound proofing could also be better. Traffic limitations make it Difficult to reach the hotel by car.
Nice hall, good mood.
Breakfast was boring. We could use the swimming pool only in certain times.
The hotel is in a good position for the spa, park and restaurants. Comfort, tranquility and great common areas
Location of the hotel is quite nice, not a long walk from railway station (about 10min). Breakfast average (but we stayed in Italy in 10 hotels during our stay, and everywhere the breakfast is almost the same, sweet croissants, white bread, some cheese / salami / ham, yogurt, cereals - it's impossible to find a healthy breakfast in Italy!) Staff was nice, the pool is quite small but ok, hotel is ok for a people who are travelling with a budget (as we did).
The hotel is clean, the food is good, our room was great value. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Guisy on reception gave us great ideas and help for our day trips!
Getting around the one way street system is a pest, but that's outside the hotel's control!
If ever in montecatini again.. We will stay here!
Fantastic value for money in a fantastic location. Our plans meant we stayed only the one night but we'll come back. Great breakfast, friendly staff and terrific garaging for our bicycles.
We have tried several hotels in Montecatini. A 3-star rated hotel was better in most all parts. We didn´t like the pool, the room, etc
The two female receptionists and male receptionist were absolutely lovely. We asked to move rooms after the first night because of the noise from the roadworks (not the fault of the hotel) and they facilitated this straight away. They were very helpful and friendly and knew us by name after only a couple of hours there. We were going to a wedding and with only 1/2 hour to spare they got my dress and my boyfriend's shirt ironed for us in plenty of time. The hotel was clean, very central and our sheets and towels were changed everyday. We'd definitely go back.
Extremely helpful staff that couldn't do enough to help enjoy our holiday
Very Good standard of comfort and facilities for the cost.Breakfast excellent. Location good for the railway station without being too close.
everything was good! very good hotel with proffesional staff. the room was big and spacious, clean and looked good. very nice balcony the breakfast was varied: fresh croissant, butter, eggs, bread, yogurt and granola.
Was very nice hotel. The only point was: it was not easy to find with our GPS.
Great location, great breakfast, near train station. Free wifi.
Прекрасное расположение, внимательный персонал, хорошее обслуживание,
The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Terme Tettuccio, where water is received and 5 minutes from the Terme Redi where do the treatments. Opposite the hotel stalls with Souvenirs, which is also very convenient.
Not pleasant accommodation on the 1st floor and the view from the window on the technical facilities of the hotel
Clean rooms, nice location, good atmosphere.
Hot water came somehow slowly , breakfast wasn't very fresh.
