No breakfast, internet very slow, staff not very nice and a little weird, windows don't open and with a plastic to cover view or sun light.
Constantino was so wonderful! He made us coffee every morning and evening and helped us navigate Rome! Great stay!
No sound proof al all
This is the third time I've stay at Seven Kings. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and I like the gated courtyard entrance.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean rooms, good air con and very secure.
staff is good,very kind
The staff was very helpful.
The lovely couple who owned this little place were the loveliest couple and very helpful. They made our stay even better.
That the queen size bed was two doubles put together. It was just uncomfortable at times.
clean and tidy staff very helpful and willing to help where ever possible
rooms a little noisy but not a major problem
Easy 10 minute walk to centre of the Empire, 5 minutes to station, mega friendly staff, good price. I'd definitely stay here again.
A fantastic overall stay. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for a first time visitor. Comfortable and very clean rooms and the readily available snacks were a nice touch. Great conveniences when traveling for business. The location was very central with easy access to the airport. A good recommendation from my brother who stays there frequently. will definitely stay again. An amazing value especially for Rome.
We really loved this place. Great value for money, convinient location, very clean and confortable. Also they provided me great raccomandations for enjoing touring and dining in Rome.
Elegant modern convenient , easy to get to tourist attractions Great value
Walls are a bit thin .... But I slept with earplugs no problem for me :)
- very nice family that runs the hotel - extremely detailed on cleanliness - great recommendations for food: they are locals and never sent me to a touristy place as other concierges have in Rome - very convenient for the business traveler, transit, or long stay. close to Termini/Subway/easy to grab a taxi - Clean, modern decor and cozy - No-nonsense, high quality stay - Will be my regular stop in Rome. Here 3 times/year.
- no complaints. great stay and excellent value.
Its a very safe neighborhood at 10 mins distance from termini station. Very easy 30 mins walk to coloseum and ruin complex. Close to minimarkets and supermarkets. Lino at the reception desk was very charming, warm and friendly, also super helpful sharing tips and easy way to navigate the whole city. My single room was comfortably functional with serene view to inner garden. I will most definately coming back here when in rome.
There were very lacking of signage from the big door at the main entrance to the reception area. Because the building consist of a complex of hotels, restaurant, offices. Buzz the bell next to the hotel name at the side wall of the huge wooden door, they will open it for you. Then climb up the stairs (no lift) to the receptionist area.
Location of hotel was good. Easy access to Metro line. Staff were very helpful and guided us to various locations. The City itself was beautiful with many, many, many wonderful sites and museums to visit. Food and drink very good.
The staff were incredibly helpfull and polite. The tea and coffee which you could have anytime, the location was for us perfect, close to everything but quiet area. when we had checked out we could keep our luggage in safe place.
twin beds pushed together for double, thin walls (the fact that you hear everything in the hallway, reception when people talk) wi fi? and we couldnt pay by card as lines not working(3 days?)
Very kind and friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to Roma Termini, safe neigbourhood, rooms equiped with a safe, inspite of not having breakfast you could try the nearby cafes, free wifi
Staff is kind, friendly.
staying 4 days in 7 KINGS, there are some unhappy things. they did not empty our wastebasket in our bathroom for 3day, and did not change our used towels one day. after my request, one staff gave new towels. although I booked with CARD PAYMENT condition, I was requested to pay by cash due to breaken card machine. I know this is not on purpose thing, but I was really embarrassed!! after a long trip, at that time I have no enough money at all! At last, they copied my card information, pass port as well. To prevent card copy crimes, I asked them to let me know before card use. but! without any notice, they just approved my card payment! I recognized that payment at air port, I was really worried about two approve ment by hotel. later one of them was rejected. anyhow, i felt inconvenient!
Good value for money for Rome standards; Convenient locations
Could not sleep the second night, as at some point late at night a constant background noise started and never stopped: something like a ventilation system or other AC outdoor machine making noise. Maybe it was stress that kept me awake but the noise definitely contributed.
Size of room
Very Noisy air-con, toilet from next room or people coming back to the room
Staff was awesome, welcoming and very friendly. Hotel was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Our room was cheap but still very nice. All in all good value for the money.
Internet: was free but because it didn't have password protection, it was under heavy usage and therefore very slow.
I loved seven kings, staff so friendly , special Carlo lucchetti, a cool guy with a nice smile he make us feel like our home in his own professional way. and he suggest a fantastic place to visit in Rome .the room was so larg. They offer us coffe snd tea with sanck any time we ask and it's free. Clean place . The position is perfect in the hart if room .. I suggest every one to try the seven king.
Great and friendly staff who were very helpful with local advice. They all spoke good English. Easy walking from the Railway Station and good price range of restaurants nearby. Happy to recommend this well priced hotel.
