The Worldhotel Ripa Roma is a smart and modern hotel in the trendy and friendly area of Trastevere, 165 ft from the tram stop to the historic center of Rome.
Score from 535 reviews Good
Just outside Rome's Villa Doria Pamphili, the NH Roma Villa Carpegna has free Wi-Fi, free parking, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is in a quiet area, just over 1 mile from the Vatican....
Score from 307 reviews Good

Room was tastefully decorated, modern, clean. Had all facilities you need wifi, tv, tea and coffee maker, fridge. Lovely bakery downstairs for breakfast - great coffee!!! Near to bus routes/tram etc.
We stayed for four nights and had two showers each a day, as it was hot and after a days walking needed to freshen up, our towels were not changed once during our stay, so were often damp when we got back from a days sightseeing and by day three were dirty, we really would have liked a change of towels, but other than that nothing to moan about!
Small hotel (7 rooms/suites) with modern finishes. The hotel is actually a flat (in a ~10 floor building) that was converted to a hotel. Room (#4) was very clean, quiet and faced the inner courtyard. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a trek to central Rome (just FYI), but it's an excellent value hotel if you need to stay in or near Testaccio.
Wi-Fi wasn't very stable but worked when needed. The breakfast, (served at a cafe at the base of the building) was small & limited.
Newly renovated, clean with small useable balcony. Good ac. Staff very kind and helpful, especially Micol and Claudia. Breakfast was good and convenient next door, but options were minimal. But was not a big problem for us. Micol made us ice cubes every night, which was a nice change from trying to buy ice in Europe. Convenient to many grocery stores, pubs, gelato areas, and we went to mass across the street on Sunday for the Catholic Mass at Saint Maria'S. Nice local town. Had a great dinner one night a few blocks away at Felice's, an easy walk and food was terrific. Also, walked to the town of Trastevere one day and explored the church and beautiful old city. It also had a Catholic Church named Santa Maria, which is one of the oldest churches in Rome and is known for the miracle of the oil, built in approx. 350Ad. About 6-8 blocks from the pirimide Metro Station, so quite easy to use the metro in Rome. Claudia called us a cab for the early morning the night before and the cab/taxi was waiting for us exactly the time we ordered it.
The only thing I thought was a negative was that there are times during the night where there is no staff available. Only by phone. Fortunately, we did not need any assistance during those hours. The food selection could be more, however, we were gone two out of five mornings before the breakfast so we did not use the vouchers on those days. But Micol called down to the Patisserie and allowed us to double up on our vouchers that we did not use so we were able to have additional drinks and pastries on the days we did use the breakfast room.
Great, spanking new and very-well maintained small hotel. Spacious room, huge bathroom, courteous front-desk person, powerful AC. Breakfast (a coffee and 2 fresh pastries) is served outside the hotel at a local coffee joint - small but great quality. Wifi connection is steady and reliable, a safe for keeping valuables in the room. Understated modern decor, great linens, small fridge in room. A great lodging overall.
No view whatsoever. The balcony in room 5 was walled off with a tall artificial greenery netting (can't describe it better for lack of an appropriate word) that blocked the view altogether. I'd prefer to see some life outside my windows even though the room was facing a residential backyard. Quite a walk to the metro (Piramide), 10-15 minutes, so be prepared.
We went to visit Rome three time and everytime we stayed in different place which was just ok . Last visit we stayed in this hotel and we really like this place, big room, soft bed, all facilities worked well. for sure we will go back to stay in this hotel again when we will go to Rome
Style and comfort - a very spacious room and bathroom with a fabulous shower. Location was good, a bit of a walk from the centre, but quiet and a pleasant stroll to the centre and Trastevere along the river.
Very nice place in a great part of Rome. Closed to the city center. Helpful and nice staff. The caffé under the b&b Seven Suits (linari) where we had breakfast was the best caffé with good coffee, croissant and aperol spritz and authentic atmospere and long tradition. Definitely I will come back.
I like the area the hotel is situated in. Quite residential, though with many cafes and restaurants that are more affordable than the more central equivalents. This is a super clean hotel with a brand new interior. The staff are extremely friendly and readily offer advice. The station (Piramide) is nearby. It may require some navigation at the beginning but we found it very practical.
The breakfast is limited to a couple of options. Could be more balanced with fresh produce.
Great personal, a very comfortable room, a very quit cure area, close to "must see" places
Clean, spacious and nicely decorated room and bathroom. Very comfortable matress.
Breakfast was nice but with very limited options, whould like to have some fresh fruit or fresh juice.
Very helpful staff, clean, quiet, newly refurbished room with comfy bed
The very small lift.
10 min walk to the metro, can even walk to Colosseo. The room is clean and comfortable.
A new complex so the suites are excellent and big. lovley staff.
The location is a little bit far from the center. The place is new so they are not we have a late flight and they are not organize with baggage keeping. The breakfast is kroason with kaffe in the bar downstairs.
We loved that it was slightly outside of the overcrowded centre of Rome in an area that has maintained its authentic day to day life and that is a foodie heaven. The rooms were big and comfy and the bathroom was great.
We were a bit put off by the fact that the accommodation is in fact a renovated flat inside an apartment building.
Great service. Very accommodating. Called the Borghese Gallery for us because we forgot we still had to make a reservation despite having a Roma pass. Facilities were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
Clean and modern Nice neighbourhood where local Romans live and shop Great breakfast patisserie downstairs Fantastic pizza nearby (Remo)
Towels and sheets not changed during 3 night stay
Great welcome waiting for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect. Nice and friendly staff, was very helpfull with my glutenfree food and recommended for me glutenfree restaurant. Rooms are very clean, modern and very beautiful with new furniture. Rich minibar and Tea nad coffe facilities in the room. Location is in a quite neighborhood, with lots of shops, in the next house is the supermarket, downstairs is a bakery and pastry shop, where is breakfast served. It´s 10 minutes walk from the metro station "Piramide" and railway station Ostiense. To the centre of Rome we prefered walk on foot, it isn´t so far from here. Wifi connection worked well.
Everything was perfect. Maybe one a little reminder, beacuse I love panoramatic views from the window. From the balcony we looked into the courtyard.
We were two couples. The rooms were very nice and clean. Newly refurbished and very modern. The location was nice, quiet and safe. The connections with the city center by bus were convenient. We liked it a lot! We would definitely recommend it! The pictures from booking.com are the same with the reality.
Location - a bit too far from the center. Poor breakfast : included only two croissants (or a croissant and a pizzeta) with a coffee, at a nearby pasticeria. It would be better if you could choose something else, in a pre-established budget. It's a little hard to find because the rooms are in a common block of flats.
Everything was nice and worked well. I would recommend this hotel.
Wi-Fi didn´t work during 2 days but it may happen everywhere..
Very clean Good transport links Very friendly staff Nice size rooms and great decor
