Rozhodně nedejte na ujišťování personálu, že hotelový shuttle bus pojede od letiště v nějaký čas a z nějakého místa !!! Čekal jsem na určeném místě hodinu ( pěšky se k hotelu nedá dojít !!! ) a taxi vás tam neodveze prtože je to malý kšeft. Vysvobodil mě kolega, který mě vyzvedl na letišti a do hotelu odvezl. Naprosto chybí jakékoliv označení zastávky busu a z místa určeného hotelem opravdu nejezí což může být zvláště večer problém.

Shuttle to the airport. Closeness to the airport. Hotel was modern, clean, and well kept.

The hotel is all by itself. There is absolutely nothing nearby. So it was a good place to stay the night before our flight.

Price was very good compared to other hotels on offer. Free parking. Close to the airport, but not so close to town.

Room was modern, but TV was from the 1980's, and it was a bit dirty. No gowns, slippers or ironing facilities. No internet in the room.

Only that it was near the airport and it had a free shuttle bus that could take you to and from the airport many times during the day

Really expensive restaurant, no market to buy stuff to eat or drink

Very convenient location for early morning flight. Although a little pricey, food in the restaurant was pretty good

I very much liked how close it was to the airport and the free transport to airport and the city three times a day. The restaurant was a real pleasure.

The cost of the food in the restaurant. I also though that the gardens were somewhat run down and shame there wasn't a pool.

Air con was not working. I was sweat the whole night. In the shower it was a lot of hair from some other guest. Do not like that I have to pay for all the extras like internet breakfast etc, The garden was terrible. Grass not cut. The schuttle bus was driving very fast I do not know why. Not confortable.

very poor service on the shuttle service (unbelievable because this is an airport hotel though), very poor educated staff. I never use this hotel again.

Perfect location if you have early flight. Very close to the airport (free transfer in every 15 minutes starting 5 am) - location almost on runaway but well soundproofed and even some green area around. Room and bathroom without any objections.

Staff shouted. Room was cold. I was told only smoking rooms were available when I said pre-booked a non smoking room she then said she had one.

Convenient to the Airport. Room was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Wifi didn't work and I couldn't access my e-mail from the computers in the lobby. I use iCloud which was not supported by the computer software. The halls to the rooms are very long and the lobby elevator didn't work, so it was necessary to walk down a long hall, then back to get to my room. The food in the restaurant is overpriced and mediocre.

We spend more than half hour for the check-in and more than 45 min for the check-out! Staff were very useless! I m use to travel and I have never seen that! It s a shame!

Location to airport.

The water in the bathroom came out brown when you turned on the bath water. This was very dissappointing and would put me off staying there again.

Very comfortable room. Staff generally helpful.

Restaurant didn't open until 8pm, had to get room service in the end and paid €10 for the service.

the luxury of the hotel was very good and the airport bus very convenient .

as we arrived at 2am, we did not realise the lift went down to our room! It would be a good to show more clearly that reception area is on 4th floor !

-Check-in took us 1hour (!) and we didn't even receive 'I'm sorry' -no coffee/tea facilities in a room -facilities need updating -there is a bus service to the airport but no-one explains that there are 2 terminals quiet far apart -receptionist had a very basic level of English

Free shuttle service to&from city centre and airport. Hotel is very close to airport so it was very convenient for our early flight.

Equipment in room was old and worn. Very expensive breakfast. I don’t know how it was possible but when we called them nobody was really speaking English!

old rooms old bulky tv lots of rust coming out of the hot water tap (water was red for a few minutes before starting to get clear)

Well,the hotel is almost within the airport. For business, particularly very late arrivals and early departures it is just about perfect. For other purposesit is a nice and surprisingly cheap hotel, given its standar,but, almost within the airport....
