Nothing! Except the bus driver services who was very punctual and the only one commited to the hotel Location, Food, Staff at the reception, bar. The building is horrible, old, with out any care. Quality of the food is poor, the price is too expensive for what you receive. |

We were not very impressed that the Internet/Wifi was not working for 36 hours and also that it was not a free service, not very good considering hotel is 'business orientated' |

Recepcionists and all staff were very kind and polite and they took their time to help us with anything we needed. Hotel is very nice, calm and clean. The Hotel bus is great option. |

hotel di gran classe situato a 100 metri dall'uscita firenze sud. è perfetto, visto il costo del posteggio a firenze......lo riprenderei a volo, visto che in 8 minuti eravamo al centro di firenze senza traffico prendendo la tangenziale. |

Łatwy dojazd do hotelu. Kursujący wahadłowo Bus do miasta, pomimo ponad 5 km od centrum ma to swoje zalety . Cisza, duży parking , garaż. Przestarzały sprzęt, Niedziałająca lodówka . Nienaprawiona pomimo zgłoszenia !!!. Monotonne posiłki - byliśmy tam 4 doby i ciągle to samo jedzenie. Internet za dodatkową opłatą. |

La habitación es muy comoda La distancia. Es muy retirado de la ciudad y por lo tanto del casco antiguo. Aunque hay servicio de transporte gratuito esta limitado aunos horarios y a un cupo. No es agradable para hacer turismo.. El recomendarlo o no depende del motivo del viajae, para negocios esta bien, pra turismo no. |

ho apprezzato la sola vicinanza al casello dell'autostrada E' una struttura non all'altezza del brand che rappresenta. andrebbero subito ristrutturate le camere ed adeguati gli arredi della sala ristorante/colazione. Credo che in Italia sia la peggiore struttura a marchio Sheraton. |

El bus que te lleva a Florencia y la piscina que en verano se agradece. La habitación está bien. La cena en la misma una pasada...merece la pena. No había canal de TV español en la habitación y poca información. |

Gute Lage für Florenz Besuch; Shuttle Service funktioniert prima. Zimmer sind nicht neu aber geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Restaurant mit aufmerksamem Service; prima Frühstück. Das Hotel könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Swimming Pool wird schon um 19.00 Uhr geschlossen. |

lo peor es la distancia entre el hotel y florencia y que en los alrededores no tienes ningun tipo de servicio. el hotel dispone de autobuses gratuitos para ir a florencia, que son muy cómodos, pero el ultimo servicio vuelve a las 21:30. las habitaciones son muy amplias, pero muy antiguas el restaurante del hotel (teniendo en cuenta que no hay nada en los alrededores) tiene una cocina realmente deficiente. no es que sea excesivamente caro, pero la calidad no es nada buena. cualquier servicio adiccional (internet...etc) es muy caro. |

Vi tyckte att bemötandet och servicen av personalen var fantastiskt bra. Speciellt deras shuttlebus service som var gratis till och från Firenze Hotellet kändes nedgånget och gammalt. Poolen var i dåligt skick. |

es un hotel muy funcional, preparado para convenciones mas que para viaje turistico, esta a las afueras; yo lo escogi porque iba en coche y para no tener que circular por el centro de florencia; tiene un servicio de bus desde el hotel hasta el centro, aprox cada hora la localizacion, ya que dependes de coche o el autobus |
