dear sir or madam, you need to live in real life: for the money spend there it was so miserabil the room, towels and everything....bathroom dirty with rest of soapt from previous ...towels not chaneged, refrigerator empty...and you tax everything as a good hotel.. totally disapointed, laurentiu pitran

Excellent food Very helpful staff So convenient for the airport Shuttle bus to the city was invaluable and the driver was really cheerful and gave lots of valuable tips about Genova, marking a map for us. Full marks to him.

Hotel confortevole e certamente adatto ad una clientela "business". Buona posizione e cortesia dello staff. Colazione appena sufficiente. Asciugacapelli da parete rotto. In generale l'Hotel avrebbe bisogno di interventi di ristruturazione per "rinfrescarlo".

Personale professionale, gentile, bellissimo hotel, predisposizione a risolvere I problemi e venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti L'unica pecca che al mattino hanno spento l'aria condizionata calda sostituendola con fredda e non era possibile modificare la temperatura dell'aria anche con il termostato:conclusioni non ho potuto fare la doccia per temperatura nella stanza troppo fredda

Mi ha colpito il lusso, la definizione dei particolare e la rifinitura Il frigobar era davvero scadente e completamente vuoto fatta eccezione di 2 bottigliette di acqua, io apprezzo I frigobar pieni di svariate scelte, troppi optional a pagamento come la tv e l'utilizzo di rete internet e wi-fi, in svariati hotel che ho girato erano gratuiti. Il parcheggio e' davvero caro, ben 22 euro al giorno per far sostare l'auto in garage.

Camere stupende e ben insonorizzate. Prezzo nel week end iper conveniente e cosa molto importante I bambini fino a 12 anni non pagano!!! Bisogna avere l'auto per muoversi rapidamente verso il centro
