Sheraton Genova Hotel    

Front desk staff were particularly helpful charming and professional. They most certainly ensured that on my next trip to Genoa this is where I will stay!

The gentleman who signed us in at reception was a true professional...charming, helpful and efficient . Also the help we received with our luggage was appreciated as were the shuttles running to town.

I liked the fact that it was right next to the airport literally.

Clean, attractive and comfortable bedrooms. Easy access for Genoa Airport and free shuttle bus. Plentiful buffet breakfast. As a family we found it a good base for catching the transfer bus to the cruise terminal in Savona.

Our bed was very uncomfortable - one side of the bed had collasped and sunk in and the springs where intruding out the side. Rm 523) Light kept flicking in the bathroom, bathrail coming out of wall. In the elevators (lifts) need maintenance/repairs (very poor) and staff were very abrupt, rude especially one woman at reception - need to be trained in their customer service skills.

Location near to the airport and at the sea side in the same time

No coffee maker No bath robes as advertised 2 persons were in the room but accessories were for one

Unbelievable , but in 4* hotel you must pay for internet additionally !!!

The room was dirty, in front the hotel we saw rats, the uniform of the staff was quiet old and dirty and they forgot my transfer to the airport, so we have to walk to the airport. It was a Sheraton, but nothing to do any more with the Sheraton standard!

I liked the very easy way to reach the hotel from the airport, really two minutes walking

Just an all round good hotel ... ideal location for me, but not much around there for families or "tourists"

Stayed a few time now, never any problem really, except this time the water in my mini bar had BOTH been opened before and refilled, in my view staff should check for that (like I do before drinking it) ... God knows what could be in there !

WiFi very slow from room, breakfast limited in choice.

The location: directly at the airport. I arrived early evening by plane and I had to flight again the morning after.

The bathroom was not perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was till 10.30 am but when I reached the breakfast hall around 10.10 am, the buffet was already pretty empty and not refurnished. The staff closed the doors at 10.30 sharp: for a hotel of that class is very unusual. I would not recommend this hotel for holidays (there are very nice hotels in Genoa) but it is perfect if you need to stay close to the airport.

We needed a place close to the airport & this is right across the street, an easy walk - which was a pleasant surprise. We also ate at the hotel, in the bar area. Very generous with snacks! Food was good as well.

Staff was friendly. Food was great.

No Mini Bar. Like most hotels these days, internet could be included. Although the food was great, it was on the expensive side for Italy.

Location and comfort of rooms and hotel in general it was perfect for what we needed

Couldn't have free wifi in rooms, and then when we paid for it, it didn't work - but they refunded us the money which was good

At Sheraton hotel the atmospheare was really friendly and all the staff tried to satisfied my needs.

There is no complaint regarding my stay. Everything was perfect

dear sir or madam, you need to live in real life: for the money spend there it was so miserabil the room, towels and everything....bathroom dirty with rest of soapt from previous ...towels not chaneged, refrigerator empty...and you tax everything as a good hotel.. totally disapointed, laurentiu pitran

I did expect much more of a Sheraton Hotel. Poor and old.

I love the Location seaside and the excellent customer services. I will always use your hotel. the staff were quite warm and friendly.

Scelto per la vicinanza con l' aeroporto di Genova , si trova a pochi minuti a piedi e ha disponibilità di parcheggio . Buona la pulizia e la disponibilità dello staff. Buona la insonorizzazione e condizionatore silenzioso .
